Last month (November 2020), an anonymous paper letter warning was mailed via USPS to the major law enforcement agencies in California warning them about the doxing and releasing of member's personal information on the firearms community CalGuns.net. The website owner's name is Paul and he likes to share member's personal information both internally and on the main part of the site. In the past, he has shared member's true names, location, background, etc. Is this illegal since it's a private site, guessing No, but this is only fair warning. He has also gone as far as sharing a stranger's name, address, work location and home phone on Facebook as well.

This is just a fair warning and pass along only.
