My TMJ hurts just looking at the videos of jawrsize. I always notice people’s face change after lifting hard for awhile. It has the same effect as this thing, just not as quickly and specific. Every girlfriend and wife my whole life tells me how badly I grind. I don’t think I need this thing. I’m doing it inadvertently always.

Yeah most of them are obviously using Snapchat-like filters. There are some telltale signs of it, such as the skin texture.
