    Stocks

    Anyone into investing and or investments? I bought 1000 shares of ABR at 12$ a share about 10% yield . Iím considering selling with their new 7million share offering. Any advice would be appreciated. No Iím not rich 12k is a very large investment for me.

    When a stock has a dividend yield over 5%, it should raise a lot of flags.

    considering its response to the last covid shutdown, i would take profit now.

    your near term theoretical upside is like 15% and your theoretical downside is ... wow.

    Just wondering, Why would you say this? Itís a reit they generally have high yields.
