And then the sport specific training which amplifies the starting material goes on top of this. But short of being obese I would guess most female athletes with a great ass would have a good ass regardless.

The hottest female bodies do a lot of core training. I’ve never pole vaulted once in my life, but that combo of needing to be a sprinter type to generate speed to even get into the sport and the sheer core strength it would seem to require clearly produces a really nice result.
