I listened to the last 2 episodes of their podcast and thought it was pretty good. If you think all Republicans are scum, give it a listen and they might change your mind. They also do a good job of explaining the history of the two party system in the most recent episode.

Go back 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, and none of The Lincoln Project's present political stances match mainstream Republican politics from any of those eras.
The point of The Lincoln Project was to raise money from excited liberals like you, and not to actually convince Republicans to break from Trump. For that reason, they couldn't use actual Republican talking points in their commercials, because the libs would get angry and not want to donate to them.
