No need to guess, here it is, full of healthy food. Homemade chicken soup in bowl on left, yummy. Ground beef next to dvm dog vitamins for my pups. Holla at ballpark smoked turkey hotdogs, only 45 cals each on a piece of lite bread you have a dog under 100 cals.
I cannot stress enough how bad obesity is for you and that healthy change is not that difficult.

Tbh, thats alot of food for 1 person.
Cottage cheese is often cited as being healthy and nutritious. However, I can't imagine a more disgusting food in terms of the combination of texture, flavor, and appearance. Just an all-world horror show of a foodstuff.
Here’s a yummy protein rich recipe for you.
Boil a couple of eggs and dice, dice some sweet onion, add cottage cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Yum.
