Definitely a fair point. Could not get the CA judgment enforceable in Mississippi this quickly. However, when MP gets away with his re-appearance today (and he will), it’s reasonable to assume he’ll be back in action soon. Per Hendon Mob, his history is playing in Mississippi, CA and NV. I’m also going to speculate that FLA is a good spot for him too for the SHRO series they have scheduled for March. His magazine guy is in FLA, they always get s good turnout at the Hardrock, and MP surely will now again have the tournament bug.

The "Michael Lawrence" shit is interesting. Clearly this was being done in order to avoid us Malmuthing a tournament score and paying off the judgment that way.
"Poker Derelict", who is a 50-year-old Asian woman that is apparently in love with Postle, has always defended him on social media, and in fact was one of the people encouraging his lawsuit behind the scenes. I heard a rumor that she was the one who told Postle to add me to the lawsuit at the last minute, as a "fuck you" for popping off a lot about it on Twitter a year after the incident. (Remember, I didn't get heavily involved in this situation, and in fact didn't even comment on it until about a week after it blew up huge.)
Anyway, she's still trying to defend him today, now blaming the venue (Beau Rivage Biloxi) for listing him as '"Michael Lawrence") instead of 'Mike Postle":

With $32k in his pocket (yes, pocket, Zero chance he risk putting it in the bank) he will definitely be playing more tournaments.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes a stupid comment about winning 32k in his first tournament since the Stones debacle and claims “See guys, I do have a God Mode” or “This one is for the Haters.”

Can't say with 100% certainty but pretty much a zero chance that they got the appropriate legal work in place to put a hold on the money. Yesterday was a Federal and State holiday, which means that the Courts were not open. The only chance would have been if the casino on its own refused to make the payout to Postle after he busted, and I'm certain we would have read about that if it happened.
Reminds of the time Erick Lindgren filed a Ch 11 bankruptcy after an IRS lien prevented the WSOP from paying out a few hundred grand from a tournament he cashed in

RounderLife aka Evert Caldwell is some close friend of Postle's who has spent the last 3 years insisting that everyone was falsely accusing poor Mike. The guy is super annoying and impossible to reason with. He apparently hung out with Mike at Biloxi. Postle once co-owned the RounderLife magazine, back in the 2000s, with founder Caldwell. The magazine was a complete fail and nobody ever cared about it.
Anyway, there is work being done behind the scenes right now. I will update you guys fairly soon regarding the Postle money.
