I believe today was the deadline for Postle to file opposition. Did he file anything or do you have him by his non-sunned balls?

I'll have to ask Eric, but I haven't heard of any filing by him recently.

BTW, bankruptcy is one of Eric's specialties, so even if this involuntary Chapter 7 seems odd to you, trust that it's the right play.
