Biden said the military does mail-in voting, but that's not a good comparison.
The military has no ballot fraud. Commanding officers verify the identity of the voters. Also, even if this weren't happening, the ability to commit fraud is MUCH lower, for many reasons.

Trump doesn't think the election is out of reach. That's an absurd statement from MSNBC. Even if he were getting crushed beyond comeback, he wouldn't believe that.
I do think he will leave office if he loses, but will never concede that he was fairly defeated.
At least there will finally be a JILF on the Supreme Court.
