Asked for a withdrawal on Monday Sep 14 via etransfer. Not sure if Americans have this, but it's you can "email" people money and deposit it at other Canadian banks.
Mon Sep 14 - asked for withdrawal
Mon Sep 21 - emailed asking where withdrawal was. They asked me to send a cashier error code. I replied that I didn't have any errors.
Tue Sep 22 - They said it was escalated to their cashier department.
Wed Sep 23 - Cashier replies and says it has been processed on their side. I should receive a text/email with a password so I can accept their etransfer back to me. If I have any questions , please email the 3rd party processor.
Thu Sep 24 - I emailed back mentioning I haven't received it yet and that I wasn't going to contact their third party processor. I asked that they sort it out.
Fri Sep 25 - Received Email Thank you for your inquiry. We will have this double checked with the side of he payment service once again. Our apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.
Has anyone ever heard of a poker player being told to contact their third party processor? IMO that's hilarious and let's say their processor never sends me a transfer. Are they just going to wash their hands clean of it and sorry it's their fault not ours?
I've had extremely slow payouts from sportsbooks and poker sites before so this isn't a huge deal yet.
Just curious if anyone else plays on the network and has possibly had the same issue. Wonder if it's from a flood of people withdrawing after the WSOP? Or perhaps this is just an outlier as my previous withdrawals have been processed very quickly.
Mon Sep 28 - This is to inform you that the transaction has failed to be processed from the payment service. As such, kindly be advised to request once again.
Mon Sep 28 - I emailed back letting them know the $ hasn't been returned so I can't make the withdrawal again.
