I don't know about this latest Nash video.

Tom seems to be stretching a bit. The intro to the video claimed "investor fraud", but once he got into details.... not so much.

Tom has been obsessed with this whole concept that Bilzerian is committing some kind of horrible, illegal act by buying Instagram followers. His rationale is that Dan's brand (and value to IGNITE) is based upon having a gigantic Instagram following. Therefore, Tom says that if Dan bought followers, he is defrauding investors, because that means his following is fake.

But that's a pretty huge leap. Just because you buy followers doesn't mean that you don't ALSO have a huge legitimate following. Is Nash really trying to make the case that Bilzerian's Instagram following is small, and that his 36 million "followers" are almost all fake? I don't believe it. Bilzerian is famous in the first place because of his Instagram notoriety.

It's only investor fraud if Dan pitched X number of followers as a reason to invest, and the actual number Y of real followers is orders of magnitude less than X.

For example, let's say 6 million of the 36 million followers are fake. Does that change anything? Obviously not. So there's definitely no fraud. Bilzerian can still say he has a gigantic Instagram following, and be telling the truth.

Also, who knows if the claims about Bilzerian stiffing the fake follower company are true? They came from an account called realweb_official. Can these people be trusted? Who knows? The account only has 6 posts, and only 11k followers. It doesn't seem to be a huge player in the fake content industry.

    Clickbait getting pretty strong here.

    Ignite International Brands, Ltd.

    As of today 11/15/2020, $0.6432 a share.

    Market cap is $164.73 million.

It's still a terrible cannabis company to invest in because they sell wholesale to distributors. Their "brand" sucks and cannabis products are of poor quality. In order to make money in that business you must own retail stores.

Not the slightest bit surprised that Bilzerian has set fire to other people’s money. But, Tom Nash takes to much personal pleasure in his reporting and he becomes hard to take seriously. Will be hilarious if Ignite turns around. They do have an opportunity and should not blow it.

Whatever value ignite has is mostly based on how marketable Bilzerian is.

The company itself is shit. Their unaudited profit for Q4 was 5m. Meaning they only lost 15m in 2020.

Now either there's enough retards that think the above is news worthy enough for tripling the stock price in a day, speculation based on aforementioned retards or just a standard pump and dump.

For comparison the weed industry as a whole did great. Randomly picking any of them would have been a better play than "investing" in this vanity project/money laundering operation.

Oh and whole 3x price thing came from mostly tanking the rest of the year. This totally organic event brought Ignition to where it was a year ago.

hey id smoke a joint with him, and a couple of his hotties of course haha....

Society sometimes, for whatever reason it is, just wants to see some people fail. I think that's the case here with him. And from a business perspective Marijuana is a massively growing and likely to be a greatly profitable sector moving forward. So imo, eventually this company will get it right. And with it should come the proceeds, bc marijuana is a very large and massively growing sector for sure. Good for him wish him luck..
