point. own as in its paid for and has current value 1m, as in you can convert it to 1m in cash via sale.
if you have assets you can convert to 1m in cash and you have 0 debt, you're a millionaire.

You peeps are thick, Garrett was involved in a serious accident and has collected insurance/damages. Problem is he had a head injury which hopefully isn’t going to affect his ability to spend the money wisely to last him his entire life.
