All teams from last year are invited in the league again. There will possibly be a few spots available.
Only non-scamming, established Skatz and PFA members are eligible for the prize, but spots are available to basically anyone. (Chaps is eligible for 30 silver dollars to be shipped if he wins.)

To be fair to all involved, eligibility for the $250 winner take all prize is contingent on actually drafting your own team. The only exception to this will be if a team has to be taken over that was auto drafted.
