Unfortunately, I would not be so confident that Biden would win the House election. The rules for this election are very strange. They are done by individual state delegations. Each state has one vote and the winner must get 26 states. Wyoming has the same weight as California. Washington D.C. has no vote. There is no telling who will win because the newly elected Congress will vote rather than the lame duck members but my rough calculation is that Trump would get somewhere between 26-28 states if the lame duck members were used. Pennsylvania and possibly Michigan have tied delegations
