It was an idiotic decision which no one liked.
The SJW left wanted his channel deleted.
The right wanted the silly complaints against him dismissed.
YouTube took a dumb middle ground after the woke mob freaked out about their initial refusal to punish him, and took away his monetization, even though they admitted he wasn't breaking any rules.
The demonetization especially made no sense because he was still advertising other shit within his show, so it's not like YouTube can even argue they don't want him making money off their platform.
With that said, Crowder's show hasn't really been the same since Jared left. Still, I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this show, given that it was while watching his show that I saw experienced the first cracks in my severe depression/anxiety in October 2018.
