Has anyone on here gotten an ,"Account Banned?" Message on their Player's Club Card screen? Or been told this at The Player's Club? In my crazy Casino Stories thread, I mention a woman who saw she had an unexpected $300 free play on her Player's Club Card when she inserted it. She thought it was a unexpected free gift from The Casino. She played the free play, got the cash value, and left. Months later, she and her Husband went back to that same Casino and they realized she lost her Player's Club Card. They went to the PC to get a new copy. The PC Employee ran her ID through the System and informed her that she was actually on the banned list for playing free play that was actually put there as a glitch. Her Husband pointed out that his wife was NOT a Theif and thought it was an unexpected gift from The Casino and wouldn't have played it if she knew it was a Glitch... I mysrlf kept this in mind when I saw I had an unexpected $13 on my free play at a Casino. I Hightailed it to the PC and brought it up. The PC confirmed that $13 was Legitimate and I played it. I can see she legitimately thought the extra $300 was an unexpected gift from The Casino, but she should have at least checked it out with the PC first before playing. A simple,"Thank you for the unexpected gift of $300 in free play," before playing any of it would have let her know it was a glitch and PC could have removed that $300.
So, have any of you guys ever received an unexpected " Account Banned," message at Casinos?
