Sure and there's a time to invest in multiple speculative stocks. It's not when they go up 250% in 10 days, unless for some reason you believe you have information that millions of other people don't. In all likelihood it went up 250%, because millions of other people had the same information you now have, few days before. That's kinda the base premise of pump and dump.
