I think you incorrectly used the plural. I don't think there are executives. I think it is just the CEO (some dude with a Persian name) who has been dumping his stock after all the past pumps, and probably this one too.

Nothing substantively changed today. The story line remains the same. Shortly either it will offer us the therapeutic treatment we have been waiting on or it won't. If the former, price will surge again, stock will be up listed, and distribution agreements reached if not buyout talks. If the latter, stock will likely fall back 2-3 until the HIV auth comes in July and it will begin a slower trajectory higher. The big unknown catalyst is the triple negative breast cancer findings and how they will do in a ph.2 Other indications as well, but they are a ways off. At that point i will just forget about he stock and hold on and hope.....

The link is dead, but FWIW the operator of Citron literally makes his living by short selling certain stocks and then generating scathing "reports" in an effort to beat down the stock so he can profit.
Many many pages ago in this thread I mentioned how he tried to do the same thing with Inovio pharma. I think it was around the last part of april when the stock was hovering around 7-10 per share. Obv it didnt work too well for him because it's now at around 20.

Mild to moderate results will be published immediately when the FDA reviews the results and wants / needs to inform the public.
I expect we'll see the results between July 17th through July 24th.
Fortunately, PDUFA will be earlier on July 10th and hopefully without delay. So the shortis still have exactly 3 trading days to start an attack and screw stop-loss investors and nervous nellies

If there's not, stock is still only trading at 15-20x estimated 2021 earnings...meaning even for the cancer and HIV treatment it still might be a decent long-term hold.

They just wrapped up an investor call. The CEO took responsibility for making mistakes in forms but noted that other big pharma companies do the same all the time.
The FDA hold up was becuase of the needles that they include with the packaging not the drug it’s self. The FDA has also asked them to try 700MG does up from 350 and is not asking them to restart a whole new trial.
I’m not sure what the stock will do tomorrow and I’m not really concerned either way but that was the best call they have had that I have heard them do in the 3 Months I have been following.
The CEO also slipped up towards the end and said “when we are approved” and then had to go back and say “If”...... sounded like a slip.
Also - for those of you in this from a financial play and not to save to world...... they did announce they submitted paperwork to be uplifted to NASDAQ today. Process will take 4-6 weeks.
This thing gets on Robinhood with good results and we might have the first ten bagger in RH history
