if you have never driven into AC on the AC expressway the trump plaza has a MASSSSSSSSSIVE footprint on the "skyline" of AC...
this is AC and they're a bunch of incompetent mongs, but they better have something ready to go in it's place or else it's gonna make that place look even more rundown if that's even humanly possible...

the trump plaza sits on probably the best and most expensive land in AC...it is center cut in the boardwalk...I don't know how the ownership of the land is actually structured...does ichan own it, or does the city own it but lease it to ichan?
if ichan owns it that's gonna be a bitch for AC because im sure he aint taking a discount to sell the land...and if he aint taking a discount there are no businesses on this planet that can afford to pay premium money for their lease/rent in AC so that space will sit empty for a long, long time...
