I did see that picture, along with plenty of photoshopped ones. This was taken outside the zone correct?

If what the right wing media is portraying was happening inside the zone, they would be arrested. Or worse engaged in a gun battle.

There is more to this picture then meets the eye. Assuming it's genuine, which I feel it might be.
Is he employed, or an unpaid citizen? If he's employed by CHAZ organisers as security on public land he is breaking the law.
Not 100% sure but even under open carry laws he would be breaking the law as holding a gun in this manner is considered brandishing... though many states differ.
