Apparently Reeves has agreed to do another Matrix movie, which the Wachowskis have already written. Hopefully it isn't SJW garbage. A few years ago they did a Netflix series called Sense8, which had a pretty interesting premise, but just got lost in SJW nonsense.

Looks like Reeves is just cashing in while he can doing sequels. Can't really blame him.

I don't have a lot of faith in another Matrix being good, given that they basically lost their edge once they became trans women.

Also neither sequel was particularly good.
