In general, decent frozen vegetables have been very difficult to come by, at least here.

Stop wasting your money on Vitamin C pills. A regular balanced diet gives you plenty. And taking too much of can cause some people to develop excess iron level in their blood.

While I am quietly skeptical on the usefulness of Vitamin C to ward of disease, I also think it's possibly effective, and what seems to be certain is that small amounts you'd receive via a "balanced diet" aren't enough to get the job done if it really does help.Stop wasting your money on Vitamin C pills.
