Nastiest city in Northern California

I just moved to California so I've been spending idle time just driving around looking at small towns and listening to PFAR podcasts.
Last week I was driving through VALEJO and I stopped at a hardware store in a small shopping plaza to pick up a few things. As I was going back to my truck I noticed a Popeye's Chicken place was open. I was very tempted since I love that stuff, but as I was thinking about it a couple of young guys walked past me toward the store. Neither of them wore masks. As they neared Popeye's, one of them held a finger to one nostril and blew snot out the other side onto the pavement. He casually wiped his hands and nose on his T-shirt and they went on in. As I ran for my truck, I noticed another guy standing in the parking lot next to his car eating a big sloppy sandwich with both hands. I thought I had seen some disgusting stuff on the subways in NYC. I'll not be stopping in Valejo again.

San Francisco is without a doubt the most disgusting city, hands down. Homeless people everywhere, shitting where they please, dirty used needles piling up like I've never seen before, crackheads and dirty bums sleeping on the streets, being aggressive about their "territory", pissing in the open while your kids walk around. I mean who runs this place? Oh yeah, Nancy "25,000 dollar freezer full of ice cream" Pelosi. What a dump.

This shouldn't be true.

The mayor should send all the money, food, clothes and resources for the homeless to Oakland. They should pay the homeless to move to Oakland.

The rent in San Francisco is too damn high.

Sacramento is a close second for worst city in California.
