Druffs thoughts on COVID 19 - surcharge fees

TMMLK would like to know your opinion on surcharge fees being added to your bill due to COVID-19. How would Druff handle this?

    I think it's crap.

Though maybe this is just in Canada?

If COVID related costs put too much stress on a business, they should just raise prices. They shouldn't separate out the fees, because that's obnoxious and pisses people off.

The fees are worse than higher prices, even if it breaks out the same way, because the higher prices are transparent, whereas the fees you usually don't discover until you're paying.

TMMLK agrees they should just raise prices. Looks like its happening in the States as well....

TMMLK would like Druff to have this as a radio topic on the next show.
