It was brought to my attention that the Amazon banner, which gets me about 3% in commission when someone clicks on it and buys something, wasn't showing for people not logged in.
I looked into it and found out that there was an error merging vBulletin versions last year, which caused this to malfunction. I fixed it. I also removed the useless "posting permissions" box at the bottom, which was taking up a lot of the screen if you scrolled down.

I got a report that the banner was having issues. I made some adjustments. Please let me know either in this thread, in PM, or at 775-372-8355 (text) if the banner isn't displaying properly.
Note that it may not display if you have Adblock on.
