Not sure what your definition of "public domain photos" is. He was an idiot when made his name public but he certainly didn't make that photo public by posting it here which is supposed to be the rule here. Somebody else did that because they searched for it.

When I see that shit I just thank Allah and Santa I never did anything stupid in Florida on spring break and get myself arrested.
I find it amazing how many people I know that don’t even live there that have their mugshots from Florida still visible as soon as you google their name. They never go away. Shit from 30 years ago. It’s unreal to me that they haven’t had like one administration come in and pass a privacy policy in all those decades they’ve been posting that shit.
That company must give every candidate a bag of cash that’s running for office because I can’t understand it otherwise. Obviously Garrett’s charge will never get him any sympathy, but I’m shocked citizens wouldn’t revolt from having 20 year old mugshots of a dui or fight with their wife online forever.
