Let’s say they open up and you go to a restaurant and a server there comes down with covid. They search the credit card receipts tracking down everyone she/he served and tells them to quarantine for 2 weeks. Wtf no way. It is not constitutional to do this and demand fuckshit.
Listen up assholes we are all gonna get it and you will not push your socialist principles in the corona ball.
FUCK OFF ALL, SHOVE YOUR USELESS TEST SWABS UP YOUR PEEHOLE!
Contact tracing should be voluntary but people who test positive should be encouraged (not forced) to help figure out who else in their lives might be affected.
On the other hand, your call to end social distancing and completely open everything up again is selfish and dangerous.
When you go home you go home to an empty house. Most other people have a partner, parents, children, other family members they care about. Some are immunocompromised. Some would come into close contact with hundreds of people a day if they went back to work.
This virus is NOT like any regular old virus, because at the present time there is no vaccine (there's a flu vaccine, not 100% effective but it helps), there's no treatment (the flu has Tamiflu, again not 100% but helpful) and it can cause serious long-term health problems like organ failure for those it doesn't kill (unlike the flu and most other viruses).
We aren't properly equipped or prepared to open things up yet. When you don't invest long-term in public health and the current leadership is incompetent this is what can happen. Hopefully when this happens again, and it will, we will be better prepared. Right now we are playing catch-up. When we are in a better position to handle it things can open up again. Until then, stay the fuck at home.
