    Thanks for the greens.
I didnt mean to imply I had it bad. Nagging injuries are wear and tear, nothing serious. A month of rest from working conditions (rugged at best) heals up most aches and pains.

I have a job to go back to at some point, whenever that is. Until then, we'll be fine.

My counterparts were let go 2 weeks ago. Both of them are in good spirits and have financial stability to survive a while. Right now I am trying to not have a heart attack with all that has been put on my plate.

I hope everyone here is doing well.

The pandemic has been good for me financially. Even though I lost $2500 per week in school lunch sales due to schools being closed I am still comping 25% above last year. Introduced a DIY pizza kit that has been a huge hit. Basically we supply all the raw ingredients to make a pizza at home. Kids love it.

There is nothing about blessings. What the hell is the matter with you? Its called making your own breaks in life, not sitting around feeling sorry for yourself. You'll be cutting my lawn one day pal.

Layoff didnt last as long as expected. Went back to work this week, with new safety guidelines. (Temp checks, masks 100% of the time, social distancing, etc.)

$2,000 Per Person Plus $2,000 Per Child: Monthly Economic Crisis Support Act Would Send Payments To Over 90% Of Americans

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimwang...americans/amp/

No way this stimulus the Democrats are working on passes.

You will be lucky if you get another $1200 stimulus check from the government.

Republicans will give a few billion more to prop up these zombie companies that will probably end up going bankrupt anyway and that's it.

    GG Economy.

Lower wage earners are doing well for themselves. With an extra $600 per week ,
Unemployment payments range from $1280 to $2100 every two weeks.

Here’s How Likely You Really Are To Get Another $1,200 Stimulus Check

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/sarahha...lus-check/amp/

    No Chance.

    DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

Republicans feel enough money has gone to poor people and small business.

Fuck them, enough is enough you fucking deadbeats.

When are wealthy people and big businesses who donate to the Republican party going to get a break?

The Family making $150,000 a year has bills that are much higher. They also pay more in taxes so government is basically giving them some of their money back. A family making $35,000 a year pays almost no income tax.

They pay negative taxes at that wage and family size.

Here's what is in Nancy Pelosi's $3 Trillion Dollar Stimulus Bill.

$875 billion in additional funding for state and local governments - No, Republicans against

$20 billion each for tribal governments and U.S. territories. - No, Republicans against

$75 billion for testing, new provisions for hazard pay for essential workers - No Republicans against

$75 billion in mortgage relief - No, Republicans against

$100 billion for rental assistance - No, Republicans against

$25 billion for the Postal Service - No Republicans against

A second round of $1,200 stimulus checks - Maybe

$3.6 billion for elections - not to mail voting ballots

$10 billion for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Welfare) - No, Republicans against

$10 billion for small businesses - Yes

The Republicans will write their own stimulus bill and give Nancy Pelosi the finger.

Money going to States, Post Office and mail in voting is DOA.

My guess is they pass something much smaller that includes money for testing and another X amount of $$ to the people. Probably include an extension of the $600 unemployment.

Many crucial services are delivered by the states not the federal government. The states can't borrow money to the extent the federal government can. There are going to be a lot of deep a painful cuts and they will affect all kinds of people including Trump voters. The Republicans have made a lot of hay saying we're not giving money to blue states but Kentucky, Louisiana and Georgia are in deep trouble right now, and Florida isn't far behind. I find it strange that McConnell doesn't want to throw some pork to his own state. Does he really want to screw over other states so badly he's willing to screw over his own as well?
