It does look like he and the clients won. Martingale didn't bite them in the ass. They got lucky.

As I said, you can tell if he won because he does a closing interview with happy customers, whereas he just appears back home with no conclusion with the customers if they lost. It's super transparent.

Anyway, here is an offer to Kyle.... er, Chris.

    1) Get your WIN/LOSS record from ALL casinos you've visited in Vegas in 2020 (as shown on your videos).

    2) Show them all on camera. Feel free to block out any personal info such as address, DOB, or whatever.

    3) Add up all the wins and losses and report it on camera.

    4) If there is any skepticism that certain WIN/LOSS statements are fake, agree to meet with a Vegas representative of mine to go around to each casino and get those same statements again, and allow that person to see that the statements match what you showed on camera. (My representative will be very respectful and won't cause any trouble.)

If you do all of these 4 things and these verified statements show that you have won at least $25,000 in Vegas casinos (overall) in 2020, I will agree to delete this thread and not allow another to be ever created. I will also post a personal apology to you.

Note that I am talking about VEGAS only. This does NOT include places we already know you lost, such as Sycuan and Biloxi, so this should be easy for you if you are actually beating Vegas.

Ball is in your court, Chris.

And if that's too much trouble, we can do an alternate version.

You have said several times that you are a millionaire.

Agree to meet with a representative of mine (who will be respectful at all times), and go with him to present proof of total assets of $1,000,000 or more. This includes property ownership, vehicle ownership, bank accounts, stocks, etc. Any and all assets you can prove are yours and are fully owned by you, if they add up to $1,000,000 or more, I will also delete this thread and post an apology.

The only caveat is that you cannot have acquired these assets after July 25, 2020 at 7:00pm PDT (just to cover the remote possibility that you are borrowing it in order to satisfy this offer).

CM has said numerous times, that when you pay for his 1 on 1 coaching he will teach you his "Winning Strategies".

Yolanda mentioned in today's video that she will meet up again with CM in the future for another coaching. If you have the "Winning Strategies" why would you meet again?

CM mentions that he is "Booked". You have all these clients learning CMs winning strategies. A strategy that wins him "5K per day" and "99% of the time". Not a single client is willing to sell this "Winning Strategy". Why not? I will get to that in a minute.

The game of baccarat brings in more revenue than Blackjack in that state of Nevada. Yes, hard to believe. Last statistics I looked at there were over 10x more Blackjack tables than Baccarat tables in Nevada. If CM had a strategy that could beat Baccarat, the game of Baccarat as we know it would be gone. Same thing with Blackjack, it would be gone. So yes, if what CM was saying is true it would have a significant effect on Las Vegas's economy. Shit, may be even enough to cause the citizens of Nevada to pay State Income Tax!

CM is willing to share all this for a grand. Not a single person is willing to post or sell his system online. Why not? Because the majority of them lost their ass with him and are absolutely embarrassed they fell for his fraud. If CM's system actually beat the house, a client that shared this system would become a millionaire within days. The system could be ran through a simulation by someone respected in the gambling field, if it does what CM says it does the client would be wealthy overnight. As I have mentioned before their were offers, one by Michael Shackleford for your 2k against his 20k for a winning system. But no, no one is coming out sharing or selling his system. Instant wealth, over night celebrity, change the gambling industry overnight. They could do a massive amount of good for the world. Enormous upside. But no, no one at all does it. Not only do they not do it, they don't even meet with Christopher at the end of the coaching to tally up their wins or give a testimonial. At the minimum, just a "Thank you". Nope, nothing at all. Why? Because they LOST BIG. They realized hes a fraud and ditched him. He is frantically calling and texting them to try to get that last scripted Testimonial, but they are already in the Taxi headed to McCarran thinking what the hell did they do.

In today's video CM says he will make 1 million dollars this year. But yet, he chooses to sell these coaching s and give away his winning system for just a grand. If someone had a winning system, telling it to just one person would ruin the opportunity forever. He will sell it to anyone that will pay.

There is nothing CM wants more than for KD's YouTube account to be gone. All 100+ videos. It is on his mind first thing when he wakes up. It is on his mind when he goes to bed. He frantically reports him everyday. His porn movie clips "Are you Ready?" are out there for all to see, including his son when he gets older, but more importantly Stacie's daughter that she wants nothing more in life than to get her back. You better believe her daughter watches KD's videos. CM can put all of this to an end. By deleting his YouTube channel, end the coaching's, and have a good life making his 1 million dollars per year. But no, he chooses to keep all of this going, absolutely making a fool out of himself and his family. Why? Because there is NO WINNING SYSTEM. There is no 1 MILLION PER YEAR. There is no BOOKED SCHEDULE. There is no "HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND WEALTHY". He has to have this YouTube channel at ALL COST to keep the suckers coming in, putting money and his gambling addiction over his family.
So, "WITH THAT SAID FOLKS"...Its a SCAM

As usual Christopher can not keep his lies straight.

In yesterdays video (7/25) at the 5:37 mark Christopher states that Rick and his wife are from Texas. He even goes as far as saying Rick and Yolanda are "From the same neighborhood" in Texas.

Today's video, (7/26) at the 11:19 mark he states they can go back to their home in Louisiana or Oklahoma.

Ricks wife also admits to losing her bankroll, then getting it back. I have a feeling we were very close to not seeing this video. Christopher, admits to going down 9k, then making a comeback. He may have been within a few bets of working a 9 to 5 job.

Its only a matter of time Folks...

Christopher will never get a real job. He will keep doing this baccarat scam until that well has run dry, and then he will move onto something else. Remember, he milked multi-level marketing for years prior to moving into this nonsense gambling coaching.

Guys like him think they are smarter than everyone else and are above holding a real job. You can hear the contempt in his voice for those who have to work "9 to 5 jobs". He's too arrogant to ever take orders or directions from anyone else.

I have been a bit burnt out of CM lately and am taking a little break at the beautiful, clean and just re-opened Borgata. I am scared to leave my room, but totally fine other wise. At least I can play on WSOP.com in some place other than a parking lot.

I will have a video out probably later this week. I want to thank everyone who has poured in emails to the CM tipline. If I haven’t got back to you, I will later this week. I didn’t want to sit on this, thanks to Nick 2199, here is an email back from CM regarding his “One on One Coaching”. Nick made sure to ask for the middle of the day Saturday and CM’s schedule was not at all “swamped” to say the least.

Note his Venmo account...LOL. He also made no mention of anything costing more than 1K. Lyin ass dog. This seems like his boiler plate email. It’s pretty pathetic looking tbh. Chrissy asking for a grand to sell you air maybe could of at least put some more filler in this. He is just a greedy fuck. $1,000 for his web cam show, what a fucking joke. Probably got paid less for Big Loads.

His “Calendar”. What is it Chris? Chippendales?

It's interesting that CM actually uses well established principles of influence. There's a psychologist named Robert Cialdini who literally wrote the book on Influence: https://www.amazon.com/Influence-Psy.../dp/B002BD2UUC

Cialdini developed what he called "6 Weapons of Influence" while working as a used car salesman. See how they match up with CM's techniques:

    1) Authority - we tend to do what people in a position of authority tell us to do (even if it's just perceived authority). What's the first thing CM does in every video? "Hey, I'm a professional gambler. I'm an expert on how to win at gambling. Look at all this (fake) money I have. Listen to me."

    2) Commitment and consistency - making people feel committed to a way of behaving creates an obligation to continue acting that way. A good example of this is loyalty programs like Airmiles or Caesars Rewards. We start accumulating a small amount of points and want to continue to earn a larger reward. CM does this by creating the impression that if viewers keep watching his videos ("like and subscribe to get a notification when a new video comes out") and you'll be able to live the "good life" like him. He also uses the foot-in-the-door technique which involves commitment and consistency where you ask for a small favour and increase it. "Like this video," to "Leave a comment," to "Subscribe to my channel," to "Buy one of my plagiarized books," to "Buy my ridiculous pdfs," to "Buy my broke-ass coaching for $1000," to "Buy my coaching which is now $2500" (bait-and-switch also exploits commitment and consistency because people might think they are willing to pay $1000 and then when the price increases they justify paying more because they've already mentally committed to the thing they want).

    3) Likability - we're more likely to say "yes" when we like the source. This is why CM keeps saying he's Christian (when he's obviously not) because on average people trust religious people more. It's why he trots out his baby in every video. People love babies. It's why he calls himself a "vegan" because he inexplicably thinks people like vegans (by the way, this dude eats more beef than a Paleo body builder. It's so bizarre to call yourself a vegan and then show yourself eating a filet mignon in every damn video). It's why he has that fake ass smile in every video.

    4) Reciprocation
    - we repay favours to avoid feeling indebted. Any promotion with "buy one, get one free" or even a sale is using reciprocation in the sense that the company is giving you something and you feel like you "owe" them something for being so generous. CM constantly stresses that he's helping other people by sharing his strategies which he has developed over years. He's making these free videos of his "millionaire lifestyle" and offering you the chance to learn his bullshit system, all out of the kindness of his heart. Don't you feel like you owe him something?

    5) Social proof - we do things that we see other people doing. This "bandwagon effect" is key for CM. The fake testimonials he puts in his videos encourage other people to explore the coaching his is offering. In the last video he mentioned in the past month "every single day I've had a personal 1-on-1 coaching session." Obviously not true. But he's creating the impression that many people are taking advantage of his coaching. Why aren't you?

    6) Scarcity - we want what we can't have. How many people wanted a Tickle-Me-Elmo before it became hard to find? CM has created a sense of scarcity by saying that he's all booked up and by raising the price of his coaching he's signaling that this is a rare opportunity and your time is running out to take advantage. I guarantee you anybody could inquire about a 1-on-1 coaching session and he would be available at the drop of a hat. But he wants people to think that he's high in demand and you'd be lucky to book a session with him.

Not sure where Christopher Mitchell starring in a gay porno movie fits into all of this. Maybe there is a 7th Weapon of Influence: Jacking it on camera for seed money.

    Great post Shrink!

A couple of his "qualities" that help his operation:
    Absolutely HEARTLESS
    Zero SYMPATHY for others

If someone is a Fraudulent Scumbag like CM and they are willing to go to the lengths that CM does, he should be making a lot more money than he currently is. Most scammers, especially in the internet era will never show their face, talk to you on the phone, and definitely wont meet you in person. This is especially true with scammers in India. CM has no issue with any of these. Nearly 80% of the time, the client in CM's fraud realizes they have been scammed at some point, usually while CM is still there during the coaching! In most scams, the scammer is long gone before the mark realizes he was duped.

If you are a true Scumbag with the qualities and personality/characteristics that CM possess, the amount of money one would make should greatly exceed what CM is doing with the baccarat fraud. All stuff that is "legal" if done properly. I can think of 20 different scams where someone with CM's "Qualities" would make at least 200k per year, without the "haters" making a fool out of you.

Lets start with an easy one. Americans with Disabilities Act. A "Wheelchair bound" person utilizes Google Earth to see if a business is ADA compliant. Specifically if they are wheel chair accessible from outside the business. The person has no intent to visit the business until they realize the business is not wheel chair accessible. They map out all the locations within a city and make a visit to each one. A demand letter is sent. Its common practice that most will settle for as little as 3k with the first demand letter, as it will cost the business owner much more than that to make it ADA compliant. They visit thousands of locations per year. You settle with 70 businesses per year and you have yourself 200k. Settle with 200 businesses at 600k. I am only listing this because this is a more well known scam.

Something similar (would be to late to do it now CM), would be when businesses first started requiring face mask in some jurisdictions. In the beginning most small businesses had no idea what the ADA law was or that it would extend to face mask during Covid19. So when the businesses refused you service because you did not have a mask, you simply state that you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. They can not ask any details per the law. If they refused you service based on not having a mask, they would be in violation. The largest of corporations were aware of this in the beginning but many businesses were not aware of the ADA exemption, and surly did not train employees at the front entrance properly. A fortune could have been made during about a two week period. Small amount of money across thousands of businesses. Once again, this opportunity is now dead. You would have to be an absolute scum bag like CM to do it.

I really hope KD leaves up his YouTube channel with all videos after CM's Baccarat scam is extinct. Whatever scam CM decides to do next will likely be internet based. This way CM's name will be in search results for his future scams and they can get shut down that much faster.

The call center scammers overseas are so convoluted now, it's hardly a money making venture for the bottom level scammers. The ones at the top of the chain are making good money and they have so many scapegoats working underneath them, it's amazing they can even pay those employees. They've really gotten reamed hard by the Feds in recent years that they have to "attempt" to make their scam operation look like a legitimate service by stating "they are Microsoft Windows CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS" and not actually from microsoft. They are strictly forbidden from using certain words and phrases and have to identify themselves as support only. Therefore, if they charge you money, it is for their "support"

This is probably the same loophole that CM uses to avoid legal action from his ripped off clients. They feel they can't sue him because they agreed to pay for "coaching" which he clearly stated the cost of. He probably has them sign a contract stating he does not guarantee profit or winning with the payment, just a fee is collected for the coaching/one on one session. Any reasonable attorney will argue that the person participated willingly and made the decision to pay him for coaching.

I had a similar issue back in 2012, where a head hunting company would call you and offer you a job in security. I was recently out of college and needed work, so I went to the interview where they demanded I pay them $90 for a background check and fingerprinting, which I thought was reasonable. I've worked at other places that charge similar fees for fingerprinting. However, when I googled the company that night, I quickly saw that it was a complete scam! They even did news reports on FOX showing them ripping people off for $400-$600 for Job Placement ASSISTANCE. Only to never find them a job or send them to interview for companies that weren't even hiring! Luckily, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and got my $90 back before they were shut down.

These types of douchebags tow the line and remain in a gray area of legality. They know they can weasel out of legal action and by having people sign illegible documents, they cover their ass. It is more deception than fraud, as he probably consulted numerous criminal attorneys to obtain the right verbage to use and avoid prosecution from the pissed off losers that go broke using his "winning system"!

Hey, if 1K to CM doesn't work, maybe spending time commanding with the "Beam of Light into the Universe" lady is for you...

Look, who am I to pick CM and SM's friends...but clearly it's all about the quackery with these folks at this point.

I dont know if thats her. Ive been so busy and out of loop to research but that lady is single and lives in washington . lmk what you guys think https://www.facebook.com/asaralovejoythetacode
Yeah. I think I have very well may be INCORRECT with this one. I don't recall why I was feeling so sure of it...but I will retract it for now...looks like two completely different people. Stacy's "friend", wife of Rick, has what appears to be an moderate accent and the Moonbeam lady who I thought she was does not of course.

I think Christopher beat his own record!

The video posted on 7/25 with Yolanda and Rick.

5 LIES IN 13 SECONDS! YOUR AMAZING CHRISTOPHER!

    8:44 TO 8:57 A TOTAL OF 13 SECONDS. AT LEAST 5 LIES!

    1. "I don't drink" - LIAR
    2. "I don't do drugs" - LIAR
    3. "My wife and I are Christians" - LIAR
    4. "Were going to clear over a million dollars this year" - LIAR
    5. "We have zero debt" - LIAR

If that is not bad enough, he tells 3 of those lies within 3 seconds!

Edit: I may give him a pass on "being a Christian"

    adjective: Christian
relating to or professing Christianity or its teachings.

By definition he may be a Christian. But we all know his intent. Definitely not a practicing one.

Its funny that CM thinks he has influence over Las Vegas. Christopher, you may have influence but its not the type of influence you think. You think you are driving people to these casinos from your videos? For every person you drive, there are 10 that go the opposite direction. You have a net loss.

CM was triggered about a week ago during a live stream because someone asked him why he doesn't film his play. He said, the casinos dont let you film. The user that asked the question, then stated 4 or 5 active gambling vloggers that currently film inside casinos. One of these users was "SlotLady". His first reaction, was "She films at the dirtiest casino, the El Cortez". CM there is nothing that your "followers" as well as your "Haters" want more than to see your actual play. We want to see your actual play, NOT YOUR SCRIPTED BULLSHIT.

Christopher, as I am sure you know these decisions to allow YouTubers to film actual play is made by the highest level of management. As you know, they would take one look at your videos and you would be done.

You think any Casino in Vegas would give you a marketing deal? You run more people off than you bring in. Honestly my option of Bellagio gas greatly diminished since they allow you to do your FRAUD at their location.

Christopher, put aside the fraud, no casino would ever make a deal with you. The Worth of your viewers to an advertiser is extremely low. Your audience that follows you and watches your videos are mostly kids and foreigners. This is not the audience advertisers want. Im sure you have wondered why your revenue per view is extremely low compared to others? You do not have the audience that advertisers want. This is why other You Tubers are earning many multiples of what you are earning for the same amount of views.
