Regardless of the exact arrangement the main thing is the clock is ticking. It seems like this was a half year deal from March 1 until the end of August regardless of the exact details. What he is going to do will be very interesting. I’m sure he has lost enough money that he can hotel hop for weeks based on his prior play if he actually leaves the condo. Although the child is a huge cog in the wheel of doing it that way, it still can be done. (Fuck, I just gave CM more advice.)

In the Vegas area they are not thrilled to get pre-payment from someone without steady income because they know people lose everything so often out there. They still worry when the lease is up if that person is broke what will happen. Pro gamblers need to show bank statements going back 6 months to a year and in most cases pre-payment is not actually what they want. They want a tenant that pays timely each month.
Druff, as for your theory that he may of said some truth about how this was rented, in my experience these deals are overwhelmingly handled through brokers. All communication goes through the broker in most cases. There are certainly exceptions to the rule and there can be times where one can build a relationship with the owners. It’s not out of the question that he has attempted to do so. This typically occurs when discussing rent. You can send a text to the owner to make sure they received the check or if you are late the owners may communicate to you about the rent. The broker may take the money and run or be very hands on.
It will be interesting to see what happens either way.
In CM's video today (Day 13), he films his "Results" in the bathroom inside a stall. I highly suspect due to the calls they have received about him, they may have noted his player card. After he bought in, its likely they had a talk with him. Something to the sorts of, "You can play here, but NO MORE FILMING". I really cant see another reason for him filming in the restroom.
Also, no doubt his bankroll is at a minimum. He hasn't showed any money of substance in sometime. It will be interesting to see what he decides to "Count" in his next giveaway. I guess he will go back to the prop money.

Today’s video currently shows 12.5% likes to views ratio. This just like the gambling percentages he gives is absolutely absurd. A good target to hit is around 4% if your video is well received. He is really churning up the fake comments and the likes. I would love to know how many fake accounts they have between them.

If CM had one Iota of legitimacy to him or his systems he would have already stepped forward. There is nothing that CM wants more than to show that he is not a fraud and that he has winning strategies. There have been numerous occasions for him to prove this. KD has given him many challenges for real CASH. All things that he can easily do to prove he is legit. Things like show his money is real, prove he doesn't have numerous fake burner Youtube accounts, show bank balances. He didn't do any of it. Dan Druff invited him on his podcast to give his side of his story. Dan's Co-host even offered CM an advertising spot on a refrigerator in a major sitcom if the members voted him to be legit (If I recall correctly this had a value of over 5 figures!) CM wouldn't do it. Jeff Dime asked him to log into his MLIFE account and show his win/loss statement. This would absolutely silence the "Haters" Did CM do it? Absolutely not! Why didn't he do it? Because his strategies don't work! As I stated before, he not only loses he is losing big. Everything about his channel is a scam.
People have been tried in a court of law on less evidence than has been present against CM, and have been found guilty. There is a legal term called "The Totality of the Circumstances". This is where a decision is made based on all the available facts. A person can look at each fact about CM independently and be pursued either way as to guilt or innocents. But there is no sane person on planet earth that can look at all the available facts and come to the conclusion that CM is not a FRAUD. The believers that are left are either brain dead, young kids, or foreigners (they do not believe scam artist exist in the United States. They wouldnt believe that in a country with so much opportunity someone would commit such fraudulent acts).
Nick, if I were to ask you what would be absolute proof in your eyes that would convince you that CM is a fraud. Even if that proof was provided, the brain dead followers would still say that is not good enough. Fortunately the brain dead followers do not have any money. CM had a lot of people fall for his Bullshit prior to him being exposed. He is now on his last leg. How on earth he thinks all of a sudden he will revitalize this bullshit scam is beyond me. His last ditch effort in the last two weeks has been the Skype consults, and having people prepay for his Bullshit 1 on 1 coachings. In the next two weeks I predict he will come out with something else out of desperation, probably another private Facebook group with a minimal monthly fee. He will have to lower the price drastically to get people on board.
He will never show his players accounts win/loss. Fortunately there are hundreds of people that work in Nevada casinos that can access this information. I cant wait for the day his win/loss statements are compared side by side with the bullshit results he states in his videos.
