Generally when the IRS seizes a bank account they don’t tell the account holder for the very reason they would remove the money. I’m not sure there would be much of an advantage (at least IRS wise) to move somewhere else. But we all know all Chrissys brain works (Or doesn’t work for that matter).

The car, since he bought it New he is likely upside down In equity, unless he put 15k or more down.

My guess is - Not considering the suspicious bank account money - he is probably sitting on less than 15k cash at his house. Minus the cars negative equity his net worth is probably very close to Zero.
