It is my guess Chrissy is allowed in the Bellagio, however I believe they told him no filming on the gaming floor and not to bring in any "clients". Once again this is just speculation. I agree that the Bellagio -- and perhaps several other strip properties -- have likely instructed Chrissy to quit posting videos from the gaming floor, or get banned.
There's zero chance Chrissy is simply opting to go to lesser, off-strip properties in his videos. There's been too many consecutive videos where he simply doesn't play on the strip. That's not a coincidence, and he's definitely not doing it by choice. It's a much smarter marketing choice to show Chrissy "beating" major strip casinos, rather than showing him doing it at shithole locals places. He's likely not doing it because the option was taken away from him.
So yes, I'm guessing that his filming ban only applies to the gaming floor, but if the Mayfair was told that they were being used as a prop for scam gambling videos, they'd probably not like it. Calling the restaurant manager would probably take care of this.

I think everyone would agree that the key to eliminate Chrissy and his scam is to terminate his You Tube channel. If the You Tube channel goes, the scam goes. As has been discussed before, the challenge is getting You Tube to terminate the channel. All of us on this site that have been around gambling for some time, we immediately saw it as a scam. However, the folks at You Tube that make these decisions may not immediately see it as a scam, and even if they do recognize it as a scam, due to certain protocols - It may take time to officially terminate his channel. I remember from one of Druff's radio shows, he said something similar to "It needs to land on the right desk". This is so true. Its likely that every channel - even channels that are on the 100% up and up, get reported daily. There is always going to be someone not happy with any given video/channel. Many of these complaints are legitimate, but many of them are not.
You Tubes headquarters is in San Bruno, CA and has approximately 1,100 employees. Its hard to say what percentage of these employees investigate Reports/ complaints. What ever percentage it may be, its not enough. It would not surprise me if You Tube gets complaints that number in the 7 figures daily. You Tube likely has some sort of algorithm that dictates what videos they choose to review from the videos that have been reported. Morgenstern continuously made threats against peoples lives in many videos. It took You Tube I believe 2 years to terminate his channel, and I do not believe the termination had anything to do with "Scamming". As bad as I would love to see Chrissy's channel get terminated, I really don't see it happening under the normal process. Even if it could be proven to the correct person, there are likely protocols that must be met prior to action being taken.
Whatever action everyone is currently taking, I think it is a good idea to continue with that action. Some of these actions are Calling the casinos, reporting his videos, disliking his videos, Contacting various agencies (Police, IRS, Gaming, ect.) Yes, some of these have a small likelihood of them actually succeeding. Even if it has the smallest likelihood of succeeding - DO IT. It all comes down to the law of LARGE NUMBERS. If enough complaints are submitted with various agencies, SOMETHING WILL GIVE. It is really hard to say what Casino/Agency/Law Enforcement will act. So yeah, by calling a casino and making a report against the buffoon may only have a 1% chance of action being taken, it is still a chance. With enough calls and complaints - Eventually, SOMETHING WILL GIVE.
HOW DO WE GET RID OF CHANGE YOUR LIFE VLOG?
As we all know "Money Talks". Something as minimal as 1 grand can go a long way. So, how do I think we can get a You Tube Staffer(s) to eliminate "Change Your Life Vlog"? Answer: Money!
I will list the basic plan that I believe will work. I wont list all the potential fine tuned details. The basic plan involves posting on internet classified sites & Social media sites specific to the San Bruno, CA area where the You Tube offices are held. An example Ad would be listed on CRAIGSLIST in the San Bruno, CA area with the hope of targeting You Tube employees, since the majority working out of the office headquarters live in that area.
An example of an ad: [YOU TUBE EMPLOYEE WANTED - *CASH PAID*]
So basically the ad would explain that you are looking for someone who works at You Tube and (for a payment), you need to terminate a scammers account. List that you would be willing to supply any and all information that proves the channel is a scam. There have been people in prison that were convicted on less evidence than you would be willing to provide them to prove the entire channel is based around a scam. Explain that the channel is violating numerous You Tube guidelines.
You may even get someone that works at You Tube, but not in the department that investigates complaints. They could possibly get the word to the correct individuals. Putting the name of the channel in the advertisement has both advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantages are obvious. It leaves evidence. The advantageous side is it allows the You Tube employee to "look the channel up". It would be more out of curiosity, them thinking - "I want to see what it is about this channel, why someone would pay 1k to terminate it" Who knows it just may draw enough attention to it to where they investigate it and decide to terminate it on there own without any payment. There would be just cause for the employee to terminate the channel since numerous guidelines are being violated. The only issue for the employee would be accepting payment in exchange for "looking into it". Hopefully, by putting the name of the channel in the ad, it will peak their curiosity and they may just handle the issue "free of charge". Or possibly them telling an employee with pull, "Hey, check this out this guy is willing to pay a grand for us to do our job. He then attaches the link to the channel." Its really hard to say where it would take it. But there is VERY LITTLE DOWNSIDE.
There are several different sites this can be listed on. I'm not going to list them on here, or other similar methods that could be used to prevent Chrissy from taking countermeasures.
WILL IT WORK? MAYBE... MAYBE NOT. IT DOESNT COST ANYTHING OTHER THAN A LITTLE BIT OF TIME.
I do think it will work, however I think earlier in the year it would of had a higher success rate since he had fewer Subscribers. After certain thresholds I'm sure it takes the decision of more than one employee to terminate a channel.
I THINK IF SOMEONE USES THIS METHOD AND RUNS WITH IT, THEY WILL HAVE A VERY GOOD CHANCE OF SUCCEEDING IN GETTING HIS CHANNEL TERMINATED.
Im assuming KD has spend hundreds of hours in his attempts to eliminate Chrissy. Not to take anything away from that, but I think this would be the best shot at it for someone that wants to put in the effort.
AT THE VERY LEAST IT WILL WORRY THE HELL OUT OF CHRISSY. AT THE MOST ... HE WILL BE ELIMINATED. Percentage wise massively Positive EV.

From what I understand Thanksgiving is a bigger celebration to you American folks than Christmas but I have to admit to being a tad surprised that Stacys family wouldn’t want to see their daughter and champers over Christmas

First and foremost Happy Holidays to everyone. This thread has great camaraderie and it’s been really cool feeling like I know many of you, even though we never met. I won’t name names because I don’t want to leave anyone out, but it’s been really great reading the technical posts, humorous posts, the FU Chrissy posts and everything in between.
I would like to thank Druff for providing the forum, radio show, contributing so much to this thread and supporting & allowing for the the existence of this thread. He puts in a a lot of time to perform these services to the gambling/poker community for nothing in return. So I thought it would be apropos to thank him for all of that at this time.
Druff said from his first Chrissy segment that it is important to get information out about a scammer and that is what we have done here. I’m glad to see the smart money group exposing Chrissy. It’s important to have different styles of videos getting the word out about Chrissy. KD made a very simple video showing Chrissy’s desperation that I caught last night. Simple but very effective. Sometimes you don’t need all the bells and whistles. The more the merrier.
Interesting how in today’s video he shows how he spent Christmas hiking in the middle of the desert with Stacy carrying Champers all the way. One would think that if he wanted to show the world how rich he is he’d do a Christmas video of what the holiday is like foe them at hone (i.e. show some really nice gifts he got for Stacy and his son). Of course we do know that they aren’t rich. But you would think he’d want to try and show something.
