I am so glad to see this and it is great that Hoosier has told his story on the radio. Remember that Hoosier was just trying to help some stranger completely anonymously. He wasn’t doing it to get any sort of recognition. The fact that his motive was to just try and help someone, just because it was a great thing to do, makes the predicament he was put in all the more wrong. What happened to him was so completely unfair and I am glad that progress has been made.
I am glad Druff has decided to do this and would encourage the community to give what they can. Every little bit helps.
Just couldn’t be happier to see Hoosier tell the real story. I say that because I have every confidence that what he says is 100% what actually occurred. Yes, this may not be exactly going out on a limb when the other side is someone as pathological as Christopher Mitchell. However, even if this wasn’t the case, in my communications with Hoosier, I have found him to be very sincere and frank. He is not the type that would exaggerate any detail. He tells it like it is.
This is really the most positive thing that has happened in the CM saga for me. Score one for the good guys!

I said a while ago that exposing CM was something that was not just entertainment, but was serving a purpose to help the uninitiated. As Druff has said a many times on the radio, it is important that there is negative google results when it comes to scammers. I understand that CM is not everyone’s cup of tea, but what is?
I think Druff has found a great balance when it comes to the times he has covered CM topics on the radio show. What I find really odd is what would be the reason for people to come in to this thread and judge it? Does the existence of this thread have any effect on their existence? Well I guess if the account is held by CM or someone close to him it sure as shit has, and I am dam proud of that. But for anyone else, just don’t come in here. Pretty simple. Fuckballs.

For $500 many more people will be willing to take the chance, even if they have heard he is a scammer. I agree. This $500 price point is optimal for CM. Like the first PDF it will eventually run dry, he will then have to create something else. Without a doubt everyone's work is keeping a good percentage of people to think twice about donating to his scam. Take a look at the CIA video alone, it has 10K views. CM can button up his channel along with the comments all he wants, but anyone that does even the slightest bit of research will realize its a scam. It really shows how unintelligent CM is. It took him 8 months to realize he doesn't have to go into the casinos with "clients". As I have said before his -EV bets during these coaching's were costing him more than the coaching fee that he was collecting for the session.

I listened the interview...but one thing sticks out. Why didn't you or your attorney just show that you aren't Kevin Davis (or whatever the guy's name is who has been posting about the scammer)? All you had to do is to show who is the operator of the site, and where it is originated from. The "Not me" defense works every time when you can show who actually is doing the conduct Mitchell was complaining about. Back when I was litigating, it worked every time I used it. Also, your attorney saying you "made a mistake" was a huge mistake. You didn't make the mistake...Kevin Davis did.
Druff was correct in his assessment of the appellate process. And all you had to show was that there was no evidence presented at the original hearing to prevail. But, the Judge knew it was never going to get to that stage and just did as he pleased. The Judge was probably thinking the whole thing didn't pass the smell test. And, he may be correct. There are things you aren't telling us about the whole thing.

I would have been livid at my attorney for (a) telling me to stop stalking CM when you'd have to be a complete fucking imbecile not to put the pieces together and realize that Lee was not doing anything wrong here, (b) telling the judge that Lee had "made a mistake" (implying that he was recording the court proceedings at the earlier court date).
The judge, CM, and Lee's attorney are all clowns as far as I'm concerned.
And it's also clear that Christopher Mitchell the scammer is so fucking stupid that he does, in fact, believe that Lee and Kevin Davis are the same person. He is profoundly dumb.

Finally had a chance to listen - yes, it was a great interview for those of us who are invested in the story. WLB: a complete victim of CM, that is for certain. Total clusterfuck.
