I just want to touch on YouTube accounts that are terminated, then the user proceeds to create an account in a new name. As we know, per YouTube’s policy, for life, you can not create a new account after the termination of an account. In MOST situations, I actually believe that YouTube WANTS the user to create another account. But why? If a 20 year old has his channel terminated- they don’t want to lose them as a customer for the next 65 years of their life. I think around 80% of terminations may fall within this group, basically TOS violations, questionable minor frauds, and just general undesirable content of a channel. I will call this the “80% Correctable group”. YouTube terminates the channel with the EXPECTATION they will create a new channel. Both sides win, Youtube punishes the users, CORRECTS Problem activity. User wins by getting to start a new channel. Shitty activity gets fixed.

Now, I do think there is a small percentage of users they really do NOT want back because their activity was beyond correctable. This is the group where I believe Chrissy’s terminated channel fell into. I will call this the “20% uncorrectable group”. This is beyond correctable content containing Frauds, scammers, major TOS violations.

Basically, I believe all terminated Channels are not created equal. I believe if/when this gets to the person that is in charge of making these decisions, a major factor will be in the “Notes” for the previously terminated channel and why the channel was originally terminated. I believe if they fall into the “80% group”, they will investigate the new channel content to see if behavior appears to have been “corrected”. I believe if it falls into the “20% group of major fuck ups”. - the buck stops there.

So even though I think all terminations aren't treated equal, I believe Druff is right in providing additional content to prove Chrissy is still a piece of dog shit.


This is somewhat of a side note, but I have heard people say (not people in this thread) “YouTube won’t terminate a channel because they want the ad revenue”. YouTube only has a certain amount of advertisers willing to pay. YouTube Adsense ads are bid on. The LESS channels there are, the HIGHER the ad prices are. This doesn’t necessarily mean the fewer channels the better, but they must keep a balance of ad cost vs number of available ads. Then they also get to monitor shitty content at the same time. An obvious fraud channel is not worth keeping around even if the ad revenue is extremely high.

I live on the West coast and I have NEVER seen this. I researched thinking it may be an east coast thing, but it doesn’t seems to be common there either. A Reddit thread addressed Chicago and some folks have explanations as to why they are horizontal in Chicago.

Move in date is not clear. He was going back and forth to that area from Texas a lot prior to relocating there (and held the last Mastermind in that area). He could have started his lease well before moving in. Based on a post he got a furniture delivery in mid-January.

He has never stated how big the bone is not shown anything but a blank wall and that one photo of the living room with the new rented furniture and TV. He also had said a few months ago that he would be moving into a place that costs 10K per month. Now he is claiming he bought a place.

Sone believe the Lexus is gone or he is limited in how much he can drive it. I’m not so sure about that.

Doing some research on Schaumburg and rental history. All owners who use their property as rentals have to pay a license each year and have a home inspection at time of licensing and every 3 years after. Owners also have to complete a seminar on crime free rental presented by the local police department to help with avoiding renting to criminals. Obviously this owner failed to learn from the course.

What I am trying to find is what the Village requires when a new resident moves in, in terms of notifications. Hopefully Monday will provide some answers and if a public list of rental properties and residents is available.

I also did find out residents are required to register their vehicle with the state of Illinois. However I can’t find out how well this is enforced, I would doubt not at all.
