Dan Bongino given a strike and suspension from YouTube for saying masks are worthless. Listed as spreading Covid misinformation.

    https://finance.yahoo.com/news/dan-b...133519539.html

Anyone have an memory of Chrissy spreading Covid misinformation? May be another strike if reported since YT seems to be taking this seriously?

Might be an opportunity for the old “Al Capone” takedown.

Anything new on his instagram or can we gleefully assume he got a fake illness, or is just waiting for his affiliate money to arrive?

Karen claims that he “knows” Chrissy has a meeting with the IRS that he orchestrated and it will be some sort of Audit. But we’ve heard this before from the mumbling moron, so doubtful.

chrissy wouldnt honestly mention an IRS AUDIT, unless it came out clean for him.
He'll just say it was clean anyways and then ramble about the evil gubment and how he is awesome.

    He definitely deserved Covid.
The butch unshaved look doesnt suit him.
Amazing the amount he won is exactly the same that he can deposit from his affiliate payoffs.
His spelling and grammar is terrible for "a genius".

I think he only gives a shit if he bet on it or spent big money attending a game by himself (or both).

Believe it or not, I think Chrissy isn't even a real sports fan. He thinks he can make money betting sports (lol) and thinks he can use pictures of "front row seats" to project a millionaire image, but I don't think he cares about the teams themselves.

That's why you don't hear much about the importance of any particular team in his life.

Great video that illustrates how Chrissy attempts to avoid paying taxes. No need to join the inner circle.

Key things from this video that Chrissy always talks about:

    - Having an LLC
    - Giving to charity (though in Chrissy’s case it may not be a real charity)
    - Writing off all meals
    - Writing off rent
    - Writing off car
    - In general simply showing a low amount of individual earned income and more of business and investment income/expenses

    Or in Chrissy's case:

    - Lose most of the money you made from your scam because you're a compulsive gambler with a -EV strategy

But yeah Chrissy probably writes off everything (the expensive meals, the trips, the hotels rooms, the condo) as a "business expense", and he justifies it by claiming he has to spend this money to project a "millionaire lifestyle" in order to bring in interested suckers... er, customers.

No doubt a lot of this would fail to hold up under scrutiny, even if it is actually true that a lot of these stupid expenditures actually do help convince gullible fools on YouTube that he's really a millionaire.

His lack of a pot to piss in at the end of each year will actually help him, were he ever to get audited. However, even if he can prove he was broke or near broke on December 31 of 2020 and 2021, that still wouldn't necessarily absolve him of the responsibility to pay taxes on what he did "earn".

Oh and now this gets even better. Chrissy will now take his act on the road. Look for meetups in a city near you starting with Tampa Florida apparently. Gotta join that inner circle however to participate. Then and only then can you meet him at his private gatherings.

I would say this is your basic MLM playbook. But usually MLMs have free seminars where anyone can show up. It is via those seminars that they try and reel you in. Chrissy obviously can’t afford to set up events like that. But what he apparently will do now certainly edges towards that.

Poor Bubs. He’s about to be dragged all over the country again. No chance to be at home and have play dates and actually meet other kids or make friends. But hey…at least this time he isn’t an infant. That was absolutely disgusting the way they would drag him around back then.

He might be able to rent out the rec room of the Hampton Inn for cheap. I'm not even kidding. His plan might be something like that.

The Tampa location is interesting, because I believe he met Stacy at something like that in Florida. From what I remember, there was some sort of MLM seminar there, and he and (married) Stacy hit it off, and so began the affair. I'd have to dig up the old lawsuit paperwork between Stacy and her ex to get the exact story again, but I know it had something to do with a seminar in Florida. Not sure if it was Tampa.

Bahahahahahaha Chrissy claims he's bbeen sick because of "Food Poisioning" and blames the nachos at the Raider's game.
Given Stacey also caught it but didnt eat the nachos, its probably Gastro (in rality Covid cos that can you give the shits), but Chrissy the genuis wouldnt know that.
Apparently Food poisoning also gives you the Covid Cough these days.

Today's clip, no gambling, just rambling.

Basically the bullshit Chrissy is likely slinging to the IRS is that whatever income he brought in was either lost back to the casino (business expense) or spent on projecting a millionaire lifestyle to YouTube (business expense), so therefore his taxable income was below the minimum threshhold that they start taxing.

The problem here is that this whole "business expense" nonsense has been challenged many times by the IRS, and it's an age-old trick which has been taking place long before Chrissy was born. While he can write off his whiteboard and magic markers as a legit business expense, it's a lot harder to convince the IRS that trips to see the World Series or front row Raiders tickets are only for business purposes. Now, if challenged, Chrissy would probably say something to the IRS like, "Folks, as you can see, I have no money and no assets at the end of each of the last two taxable years. That is because I have to project a millionaire lifestyle to grow my Change Your Life business, annnnnnnnnnd that requires cycling back all income into projecting such a lifestyle, until I actually make enough to both project it annnnnnnnd keep some profit. Folks, if I, Kyle Prescott....err... sorry I mean Christopher Mitchell, was really making a fortune and dodging taxes, where is all my money? Why do I have nothing, like all the dead broke jealous haters keep confirming is the case?"

The IRS would probably find some middle ground to all this, hit him with a tax bill and a penalty, and send him on his way. It is highly unlikely he goes to prison for tax evasion here, because the truth is that given a few months or so, he really does repeatedly end up broke.

I have no idea Whether or not Chrissy has an “Audit/Appointment” with the IRS as KD claims...

One thing I do know is KD’s timing couldn’t have been any worse.

Guess how many questions will be asked by the IRS about Chrissy’s 2021 tax year? ANSWER: ZERO

There is no Crime by Chrissy until either he files his 2021 taxes or April 15th 2022 (tax deadline for tax year 2021) passes without him filling a tax return.

This leaves 2019 and 2020. Yes, he was still committing tax fraud these years, but 2021 has the most evidence. 2021 has all the invoices from Commission Kings, BOL affiliate link stuff, 100k checking account deposit.

I believe he would actually be in a better position to not have filed a 2019 or 2020 tax return then dealing with the consequences of not filling vs him filling a return on $20k-$30k or so. By filling a return they have his sworn statement of what he is stating his taxable income was.

So if he really is getting a visit from the IRS it won’t help him in 2019 and 2020 unless he hasn’t filed for tho’s years yet. As far as 2021 it does him a huge favor since he knows he is being watched and can file accordingly.

Nothing better than to get a visit from the IRS a month or two before your about to file the largest fraudulent tax return of your life. LoL. This will clearly change however he intended to file to now include items he knows they are aware of.

Ultimately I agree with Druff in that Chrissy will not see any prison time, at the most an agreed upon settlement plus penalties.

Even though the timing will ultimately help Chrissy, I don’t blame KD, since there really wasn’t a way to foresee it. His luck I guess.

KD's threats mean nothing. The IRS is so behind on audits, there is no chance that Chrissy's little scam is on their radar.

It is possible that Chrissy's lol 47k BTC withdrawal (and whatever else he sent between his Coinbase and bank) were auto-reported to the IRS, and they made contact with him, basically asking to know what's the deal.

Both Coinbase and the banks are required by federal law to report unusual/suspicious activity to the IRS, which is usually defined by either large transactions involving accounts which didn't previously have them, or the appearance of "structuring" cash withdrawals to avoid the $10k+ CTR form.

The former is possibly what could have triggered something for Chrissy. As PV said, though, he hasn't actually committed any kind of tax violation in 2021 (yet), which is when all of this weirdness occurred. Failure to report this stuff on his April 2022 return will be when a possible violation would happen.

It is possible that the bank previously flagged weird cash transactions in 2020, though, which might have combined with 2021 suspicious activity reports to cause them to look more into him.

However, when it's all said and done, Chrissy can probably legitimately show that he's close to broke and not hiding assets. He can even show that he couldn't get a car until Big Daddy Foster stepped in and co-signed. Al Capone he's not.

At worst, he's probably walking away with a new tax bill and a fine, and that will be that.

I started to watch today's nonsense but stopped.
Within 6 minutes he's bagging about earning $250k in 90 days, and that he is frustrated with people constantly stating "Your statregy says do X but you did Y".
He responded with he has many strategies and because he is so wonderful, they are watching him and he isnt watching them.

He sounded like a right cunt (fortunately he still has his Covid Cough).

I'll see if I can be bothered with the rest of it later today or not.

When faced with a difficult decision, ask yourself "What would Micon do?", then do the opposite.

Chrissy with a new video where he now addresses his losing on his birthday weekend (since Brandon spilled the beans in the interview). Poor Chrissy had five cocktails at dinner thar night and it apparently impaired his ability to choose between red and black on the roulette wheel. However i guess it didn’t impair his ability to interview Brandon (which happened after he lost).

So the key to winning every day without fail is…never drink. So says Chrissy…so let it be known.

Ah…and apparently the whole compound interest strategy falls apart if you try for 5% instead of 3%. It has to be 3% or you are sure to fail.
