It is important when making contact with these customers that you're always respectful. Do not threaten them, do not call them names, do not come at them in an adversarial fashion. Simply let them know that CM's system doesn't work, has been mathematically proven to be a loser, and that he lies about his results.
These customers could not make any complaint of "stalking" if they knowingly appear in a promotional video, and then are contacted by concerned citizens about the matter.

Caesars cares about one thing and one thing only: Money.
They proved it in 2007 when they courted problem gambler Terrence Watanabe, and plied him with alcohol and pills until he lost his inherited fortune of like $60 million.

The Lee situation was unfortunate, but it was simply one of bad luck, as CM was dumb enough to think he finally identified you.
CM figured that the restraining order would stop "you" from posting videos of him losing at places like Sycuan. I'm not even sure if he realizes yet that he got the wrong guy.
CM can't claim everyone is you. Nor can he sue people or exercising their first amendment rights of free speech. Even CM did not attempt to sue Lee over anything he said -- only attempting to get a restraining order against him. CM knows he tells a shitload of lies which would be easily provable in court. He also wouldn't want his gambling records subpoenaed in the discovery process, which would then become public record.
You cannot get a restraining order to stop people from talking ABOUT you. That is a first amendment violation. Even if someone gets a restraining order granted, you still have the right to continue making videos about them, or talking about them to others.

First, the time difference is 10 hours, so if CM took that picture 8 hours ago, it would've been night time in Saudi Arabia(8:40 PM appx). Now he could have taken it earlier in the day and posted it later, but he wouldn't even think to use that as an excuse.
The Saudi desert has NO close by mountains and very little plant life growing. That "desert' has a a mountain in close proximity to the roadway and lots of green plants growing. Also desert sand in Saudi is more bright yellow in color where as that dirty desert next to the dirty reptile is browner than CM's tongue after filming a Colt Studio's production called "Kyle's Cum Back!"
