Chrissy has admitted in the past that his condo is rented.

In fact, I haven't seem him ever claim in his videos that he owns it (probably because the research would be done by others which proves otherwise, and this would be a provable lie of his).

It wouldn't surprise me if he's telling people in private that he owns the condo.

Chrissy once said he got a "really good deal" from "an elderly couple who bought the condo, barely goes to Vegas, and needed someone to take care of it".

I actually thought this was likely accurate. No doubt Chrissy isn't paying market rent, and conned someone into giving him a sweetheart deal. Probably used the "good Christian family" angle, and how they'll treat the place like their own. This probably led the owners (possibly also Christian) to give him an unusually good deal, rather than either letting it sit empty, or renting it to strangers. I'm also guessing Chrissy agreed to vacate whenever the couple wanted to come to Vegas and use it themselves, and I bet there's a good chance that's exactly when the "Mitchell's" take their trips. That probably also had to do with the reduced rent, as most rentals don't work like that.

Anyway, the only weird thing was that it turned out the owners were NOT elderly. Some guy showed up here awhile ago and posted the info. The owners are actually middle aged, it appears. But I think there's a good chance the rest of Chrissy's story is true. It is also possible Chrissy has been stiffing them on the rent during the moratorium, and that might be why he's looking to bounce to Florida.

Is the owner aware of Chrissy being a scammer? I've always wondered that. If Chrissy isn't paying rent, the owner probably realizes he was conned, but can't do anything about it yet. Otherwise, he may still be bamboozled, and might think Chrissy is a wonderful Christian family man.

I went out of town this weekend, I ate at a Chinese food buffet. After finishing I went up to pay the bill and all I see is a small head poke above the register. I can't begin to imagine how a mother rationalizes moving thousands of miles away from her young daughter...

... but I'm guessing she probably blames the Ohio court system. Remember, her ex was awarded full custody a few years ago, after he accused Chrissy of watching gay porn around the girl. Chrissy and Stacy even sued her ex for the result of the previous court case, which was really bizarre. I've never heard of being able to sue someone because a previously litigated case didn't go your way.

Anyway, they ended up dropping that suit when her ex subpoenaed Colt Studios (lol), so the end result again was that Stacy's ex had full custody.

However, there's a huge difference between not having custody and not seeing the kid. Stacy was allowed to see her daughter -- just not with Chrissy around. She instead chose to leave the state, once Chrissy claimed they had a great opportunity in Vegas to make money. But I'm sure she rationalizes that this was all the court's fault.

In any case, why are they looking for places in Florida now? Since Chrissy is seemingly barred from tons of Vegas casinos, and wants to leave, why doesn't Stacy press to return to Ohio where she can see both her parents and her daughter more often?
