I may be wrong but what I think this guy Tim is doing is trying to be in the real estate game without any money.
How it works:
He finds a good deal on a house that needs rehab. He signs a deal with the seller to buy at a certain price, CASH offer! Well guess what? Timmy may not have that amount of cash, he actually may not have any cash. He signs an agreement to pay within 10 days. Now Timmy has to run around and find someone who has the cash to buy it for $5 to 10k above what he agreed to pay. Then Timmy makes $5k-10k. He is basically a wholesaler. It’s a way people can get involved in real estate with no cash. Actually you may need a few grand or so to give to the seller as a good faith, non-refundable deposit.
I know people do this in various forms, I am not even sure of the legality to it without a real estate license.

I stand by my belief he is running to every casino to vulture the free food and free bet offers, buys in for $15K to look like he’s playing big, then burn the vouchers and leave to rinse & repeat at the next spot.
In the photo of his chips look how Far the high value chips are from the betting circle! Almost as if he has no intention to place a bet that big and is only looking to play through green and red chips! The fact he even has red chips proves he is playing under $500 per hand as the commission on bets $500 and up would be at least $25. Of course he’ll Chrissy splain it as “derrrp I use the red chips to tip the dealers” but as you can see in the above photo there is a single white chip which he likely intends to use for his Big tip!
