I had found one of his devoted followers (Bob Hesley) on Facebook, sent him a message warning him of CM's scams, and directing them to this site.

A week later, CM hired a Private Investigator to get all of my personal info, doxxed me on his Youtube page, including posting my SSN, because he's convinced that I'm Kevin Davis and operate the YTSE site.

Shortly after that I'm served papers that CM is taking me to court for a restraining order. While in court some very unfortunate timing happened, and the judge actually issued the restraining order!

All because I tried to warn some old guy of CM's scams, and I had never spoke with Kevin Davis in my life.

Like Todd said, I too will chime in now its out there. Once again, Lee didn't find the real bob hesley's account, you found CM's fake account create in his name. I also know for a FACT that the robert hesley that posts on CM's is a fake account too. We all should know by now CM is one of the absolute dumbest scammers ever. He just manages to find those "a fool and their money are soon parted" clients. CM was leaving, well CM like comments on my videos from that robert hesley yt account. I mean, an unborn child could tell its CM not robert hesley leaving those comments

Listen to the podcast interview where we were all on it and the part Lee says "The police wanted me to go file police report in henderson and Ive still yet to do it"......you then hear me say in so many words WTF? Then when you were served, you agreed the night before to call me so I can see what was said in report and brainstorm for open shut case.....remember that? sure you do, cause next day your attitude change and you refused to share that important info with me and said "could I be available to call into judge's chamber that day"......Im like thats not how it works VERBAITM and I was MORE THEN WILLING to go the distance and put my info out there to help.....nope you then said dont ever contact you again and for me to go fuck myself..... and it was me who replied "No my man, its you whose fucked"......then you back pedaled and was too late.... but even then at last minute I said Id call into judge if they want me too"...........So 2 things happened 1) you got some very bad advice from some retard who told you not to disclose what was said in report 2) telling me to go fuck myself when I was the mofo who called you up to tell you were doxxed by cm you fucking idiot!

I will say you got fucked by a retarded judge and I'd of been more then will to send a notarized statement telling that judge just how much of a fucking retard he is and shouldn't be allowed near a courtroom ever again. My Lawyer would've chewed him up and pushed for his removal from bench

So again, with facts in hand, thats EXACTLY how it happened and what transpired........as for me, I have copy of video he deleted of him saying verbaitm " If Kevin Davis, A.K.A Lee bradbury wants to meet me in the streets, I'll knock his teeth out"......per my lawyer, thats a direct threat that if we were to see each other in streets, CM declared what he'd TRY to do. I got a nice notarized letter from him, still in my wallet just in case the day I do go to vegas and do see cm, Im within my rights to defend myself. This means doing whatever I feel to make sure I'm not harmed by cm. All I can say is cm is thanking god this pandemic kept me from going out there
