I can explain this. It's because Stacy was in a bad marriage, and also exhausted from working as a nurse.
There's an old theory regarding getting women, that it's easier to get a woman who already has a man (but is unhappy) compared to one who is single.
If you're looking for a single woman, you have to beat every single guy who has contact with her and is interested. If the woman is already taken, you only have to beat out her current partner, with whom she's already soured upon. This isn't my theory, but I've seen it posted throughout the years, and I think it's at least somewhat correct.
Remember Chrissy and Stacy's bizarre lawsuit where they sued her ex Brian for lying in court? You can't do that. The best you could do would be appeal the case you lost -- you can't make a separate case about what happened in the original court case. Anyway, in those papers, it mentioned the background regarding Stacy's falling in love with Chrissy. It said that they met at some kind of lol fitness seminar, and she was impressed with his entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude. Or something along those lines.
Basically, Stacy was in an unhappy marriage, working a (tough) conventional job, and she was looking for something different. She ran into Chrissy, who fooled her into believing he was an upbeat, positive, creative, go-getter entrepreneur who believes in taking care of his woman. This all sounded great -- and was the opposite of her then-present life, so she forced herself to believe it. And here we are.
I also think that Stacy has always had the desire to scam people but not the motivation to actually do it. So when she realized Chrissy is scamming people, rather than leave him, she happily joined in.
It’s pretty funny to read Facebook posts by all of Chrissy’s “friends.” It’s like reading the same post over and over again even though they are written by different people. All have the same themes:
- Don’t get a job
- People who disagree with you are haters and are jealous of your success
- You have to eliminate negativity
- Don’t listen to your family and friends because they bring you down
- Associate with other successful people only.
It’s like they’ve got this little fraternity going and these are the rules for membership. I’d call it a cult but that sounds too much like Colt and we know which one Chrissy is a more appropriate member of.

Read what he writes, then read what Stewman writes, and then read what Schulkins writes, and then read what Chrissy writes. It’s all the same thing. Only thing that differs is the specific angle they “specialize” in. This guy is a crypto investor while Stewman sells his winning sales methods and Chrissy sells gambling. But they all “preach” from the same script. Only difference with Chrissy is that he makes showing you cash part of everything he does These guys all show you their cars, homes, and more. Chrissy can’t do that so he just shows moderate piles of money and claims he’s making a lot more than he actually is.
I can’t comment on whether these guys are legit or they are bigger scammers than Chrissy (it’s likely a mix of both). But seeing what they do and how Chrissy tries to match that is hilarious to watch. And you also have to wonder what these guys think of the “professional gambler” and if they know he’s not what he says he is. To date none of Chrissy’s “successful friends” have wanted to learn from him (yeah there was that one Vegas trip…but I think they realized then what he actually was). The only “new friend” Chrissy seemed to be able to scam was Zach…but he’s not these guys and is more of a desperation case.
I guess the 40K per month from the casino hasn’t changed much for him.
