So I actually watched the latest Mitchell video while I did chores around the house tonight.
Most of it is whining about Kevin Davis without directly naming him, and laughably bad justifications of, "If I was a scammer, why would I do this...", and then he names things that scammers do all the time (such as passing up small opportunities to rip certain people off, in favor of a long con).
The two most interesting things to come from the video:
1) He went to the ATM at Chase with his supposed 3 accounts and attempted to withdraw $3000 each in order to "prove" that he had money. However, the machine only lets people do $2000 each (which I'm sure he knew in advance), and then when he attempted to withdraw $2000, the machine wouldn't let him (perhaps not enough funds?), so he withdrew $1000 from each of the first two accounts, and the third one failed due to a "technical error". But even had he successfully withdrew $6000, who cares? What does that prove? He's claiming to be a multi-millionaire, not someone with $6k in the bank. Anyway, there was a HUGE tell in the video, however. You will see on each withdrawal screen there was a "Show Balance" button, which he specifically avoided pressing! Clearly he didn't want you to see how much money he really had in the bank. If he were trying to prove the truth, he could simply hit "Show Balance" and that would have settled it. He didn't, and that was no accident.
2) About halfway in (maybe a bit sooner), he spent some time bashing Rick Lee, for the comments I copy/pasted here earlier in the thread. Apparently that was Rick's first time bashing Christopher in public, and it was on the video Kevin posted of my show! This also means that Christopher 100% heard my 2-hour segment on him. Too bad he didn't comment on what I said! I wanted to hear his reaciton.
Kevin's latest video is great, though. Really sheds some light on both Christopher and his wife.
The best part was the lawsuit Christopher filed against his wife's ex-husband for "loss of business opportunities" (lol), because the guy called him a scammer and a gay porn star -- accusations Christopher officially denied. According to Kevin's video, when Christopher's wife's ex subpoenaed COLT Studios for the gay porn videos in question, Christopher panicked and dropped the lawsuit!

The claim was clearly made by Christopher Mitchell. He complains a lot in his video from yesterday of “people using my copyrighted material”. Now what Kevin does clearly falls under fair use-
“Fair use is a legal doctrine that protects your right to use a portion of copyrighted material without getting permission from the original copyright owner. While it offers creators more flexibility to use content they do not own, if creators use it incorrectly it can lead to trouble down the road.”
From my understanding when a copyright claim is made YouTube in most cases yanks the video without even watching it. I believe Kevin may take some things out and repost. Maybe there is someone on this forum that can shed a bit more light. I know this happens often especially when a video is critical of another person on YouTube. Hopefully it get sorted out.
He just loves to play his golden oldies Druff. Even though having cash means nothing it’s like his security blanket. I’ve banked with Chase & for the most part the ATM withdrawal limit per day is $1,000 cash & $3000 for purchases. It will say online that these limits could be moved to 3K(Cash)and $7500(purchases) in certain cases but I personally have never asked for a limit increase. We can scream it from the rooftops that having cash on hand proves “0.0” & he will still keep flashing the money. He is a two-bit scammer & clearly a one trick pony.
When it comes to you and your surgical & methodical destruction of him I just think he knows his parlor tricks are not going to work with you. His two favorite cards to play for his “haters” are the jealously card & the broke card. You shut down those avenues when you challenged him & explained that you have not had a 9 to 5 in nearly two decades and furthermore you would gladly bet & provide proof of such. Also you used logic & combating that is just not Christopher Mitchell’s strong suit.
You just can’t make this shit up. I think this is more evidence of him being so delusional & just reckless. This guy has been a petty grifter basically all his adult life & he doesn’t have enough brain cells to know that by filing this frivolous lawsuit he then opens himself up to all kinds of scrutiny like depositions & all this sketchy stuff from his past being
subpoenaed.
We are not dealing with the stereotypical smooth con artist portrayed in movies like The Sting. This guy is not a natural that’s for sure. Whoever taught him to scam did a pretty shitty job. At the same time maybe his instructor realized he wasn’t going to be much good at it so they just told him Christopher just flash a lot of cash & never ever stop.

It was hidden almost instantly. When I sign out of YouTube the comment is no where to be found. The answer is yes btw if you look to the right I am getting almost exclusively gambling channels recommended during this “Manic Mitchell” era of my quarantine. My favorite by far is Slotlady. She is a Canadian, a looker & is allowed to livestream table games from Downtown LV mainly at the EL Cortez. I admit I watched a few....sue me.

Hey all.
I'm just gonna throw my theory out here. Chris being a MLM guru for the past so many years it just seems odd for him to walk away from it. He still talks highly of it. I typed in MLM Baccarat Opportunities and came across this website. https://behindmlm.com/companies/sure...arat-strategy/The guy made a killing off this until he went to jail. My guess is Christopher gives some kind of sales pitch once he has his victims at the casino. Takes them out to eat and gambles. Anyone that has ever got duped by a MLM'er knows they love to meet in restaurants and talk about golden opportunities over booze and food. I got suckered into a dinner pitch many years ago. Lol. Christopher loves to show off those big food bills lol. He probably tries to enlist them as birddogs. My guess is Chris is trying to be the top guy in his own pyramid. With him saying he gets 50 percents of the profits that will incentivise his former students to find him gamblers if they get a share of the profits. I'll stop here cause it's just a theory. If it's a little crazy sorry lol.
I think the washed up scamming old queen Christopher Mitchell is using many sales tactics from his time doing MLM to build a rapport and trust with his victims. Hopefully as more victims see the light we will find out specific details of the interaction. I believe that it’s the gambling system but it’s possible he may pitch them other things.
Just to clarify I don't think he is pitching them ACN or anything. I think he is trying to create his own MLM gambling scheme like that one guy did. I found a few of his student testimonials from Youtube on Facebook and they scream MLM'er like him. So like you said I will be excited when someone pulls back the curtain.
This just goes to show you that sometimes you can get good advice in the strangest places. In this case the comment section of an essentially defunct gay forum called Queer Porn Nation which also provided much comedy relief during last weeks PFA radio. Much advice came from I am guessing a gentleman named “Splines”. The giving up of the “ample ass” is of course a subjective matter. However, it appears that he was spot on when he said Christopher should “quit plucking the brows”.
I noticed Christopher Mitchell’s eyebrows nowadays are almost non-existent. So thin that it is very possibly an eyebrow tattoo known in the cosmetic industry as microblading. Microblading can be used to make ones eyebrows look more full or to draw them in completely in the case of total eyebrow loss. The results last about 36 months with a cost of around $1,000-$1,500. He may be getting some re-touching done which would explain the need to withdraw 2K yesterday from the ATM. Of course this is highly unlikely as I don’t think establishments that do this type of work are open just yet in Nevada.
Now there are a few causes of this kind of eyebrow loss. One is Alopecia areata which is autoimmune disease. “The immune system mistakenly recognizes part of your own body as the enemy and attacks it. Alopecia areata targets the hair follicles from which individual hairs grow, slowing down or halting hair production.” Now to be clear I don’t wish anyone ill even scammers & certainly hope this is not the cause. Fortunately, if you look at Christopher Mitchell today he clearly has shaved his head because of male pattern baldness. You can see he still has the hair follicles growing around his head. It would be rare that he would still grow follicles on his head and this condition would only cause hair loss to his eyebrows. So in all seriousness I really hope he doesn’t have any kind of auto-immune disease.
This brings us back to the surprisingly astute Queen Porn Nation commentator “splines” and his advice regarding the cessation of plucking by Mr. Mitchell. Persistent plucking is a common cause of eyebrow hair loss. “Over-plucking your eyebrows creates minor trauma, and eventually the hair may stop growing in that spot.” This is clearly the most likely cause of the problem for CM. People become obsessed with symmetry and just keep plucking one eyebrow then taking some more off the other. Before you know it 20 something years pass and you got nothing left to pluck.
The lesson here is just as Christopher Mitchell says he wants a fully open & transparent discussion. You just never know where that great advice will come from. If he only listened to “splines”.
