Druff, this is a fantastic analysis. I hadn’t actually dug into each of the trades to see the progression. But it does appear that for at least a while he as been making money...albeit not much of it if you go by the trades we are seeing.
Two other things to keep in mind:
We never see his Bitcoin wallet so we don’t know what other value he might have out there that he isn’t trading. But since we do know that Chrissy’s plan is to always shoot for that 3% on his total investment it’s reasonable to think that he’s using the full balance wth every trade (though you would hope he’s doing some sort of hedging...but that would require some actual trading sense
Yes he had no positions as of when this video was created. BUT when you make trades with Bit7 everything is settled in Bitcoin. So what this means is that while he may have gained extra bitcoin by doing these leverage trades (and you can see the amounts) at the end of the day he was still holding Bitcoin. So if he didn’t immediately take those gains over to somewhere where he could swap them out for US Dollars he would have still lost lots of value later in the day when the price of Bitcoin plunged. Now granted...he can just hold onto the Bitcoin and see if things turn around. But if you don’t flip this to USD at some point you actually don’t realize the gains you want in your 3% strategy (which is all based on having everything in US Dollars).
Oh...and by the way...in his video from Feb. 15th he claimed to have made some 100x trades (yet he keeps saying that people are idiots if they do that).
Bitcoin has dropped close to 25% in the past 48 hours. I’m sure Chrissy was nice and prepared for this.
Well as laughable of a scammer as Chrissy is...this guy may be even worse. He’s by no means new. Only the name of the fake system he’s trying to sell has changed (many times over the years):

I found CM Last spring and I was interested in learning about baccarat and how to beat it. Well here I am 9 months later and I know its not easy to win everytime you play but impossible to predict what the next hand will be all the time. I thought he was real and honest as he seemed to have people testifying they made money with him. So in Nov 2020 I sent CM $500, it wasnt my last 500 and not a big deal but I was in his Facebook group and realized early on he is just regurgitating what he said before, Power of 2 in other words follow the last 2 winners, if 2 chops then play Chop, Never once even sharing his live play. Thats when all of a sudden after his birthday where he cried about getting no presents he kicked me and everyone else out the facebook group and thats when I said I wont shut up about what happened to me. So I have a youtube channel under this username telling what I see and what I hate about his sales tactics, including stealing from other youtube channels about bitcoin. So thats my story, no its not the 500 bucks but the dishonesty its obvious he has no money and starts a new scam when his last scam cash runs out and rent has to be paid. I feel sorry for that kid. I wanna say thanks to Coach 1AM and Jeff Dime they have been cool to me, oh Ya Cheetos too even though he is a Habs fan...lol

I'd like to suggest that you file a lawsuit against Christopher Mitchell, even in small claims court. You'll need to be in Nevada to do it (not sure where you are), but you have a few years to get it done. This would be a good first step to getting it on the record what a scammer he is. Also, once you get a judgment, I can help you with some collection tactics.
None of us here can sue him because we weren't his customers, so we have no damages. You do have damages.
Ever consider doing this? You can even go in with other plaintiffs at the same time.

In case you don't know my history with CM, back in April 2020, I tried to reach out to one of CM's potential victims (Bob Hesley). Bob showed the message to CM, and CM thought that I was the one responsible for the Youtube Scammers Exposed videos, and that Kevin Davis must be me.
He made a Youtube video doxxing my private info, and later took me to court for a protection order.
Since then, he's used my name in multiple videos claiming I'm his "psychopathic stalker"

I don’t have the skills of Mr Elmo to post the video up here but it’s called the blackjack system , I remember viewing it years ago, it says it’s only been up 7 years but looks like it was filmed in the 80s , it is actually quite entertaining but is identical to Chrissyjack apart from Al recommends an 8 step Marty , move table , no bust , no split etc etc.
Al has spent a bit more on theatrics than Chrissy , he has a dealer for a start , I honestly believe that anyone who had never played the game before would fall for these type of conmen , so convincing is the “you cannot lose” sales pitch and so I am not surprised that Folks hand over whatever Chrissy is asking for this particular week , especially in these difficult times that the whole world is suffering at the moment and you think well if only I could make a couple of hundred a week then I would be OK.
Whilst watching the vid I was thinking 🤨 how is he making money from this and it wasn’t until the end when I saw that Al had but up all his contact details and website and for a fee you could pay for his various other strategies and games Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand you (and friends) could come to Vegas and he would gamble your money for you for a fee 😃 unfortunately that avenue has been cut off from Chrissy as he is banned from the casinos 🎰, I will apologise to Kyle if I am wrong 😑 but no step back in time with a previous Bellagio vid please Chrissy , you going into the high limit room with a newspaper 🗞 will suffice

It’s historically an Asian pit game. For many people that have been in casinos it had never occurred to them to play it. People know Blackjack is beatable, of course very tough to do so, but it is. If you look at it that way, it’s not too far fetched that a novice would believe there is someway to at least play optimal when it comes to Baccarat (Not necessarily beat it).
I have planned to do a video on this for sometime. IMHO Bart knows he made a mistake and he has been man enough to admit that. So I don’t think it to be useful to go back in time and cover the initial decision. I think the focus is best served on what he learned while inside the group, what he continues to learn now and what he believes is his correct path moving forward.

Welcome to the Thread and thank you for joining us. I have just a few simple questions in regards to your relationship to Christopher Mitchell.
1) How many people really showed up that day for Chrissy’s birthday party? He was bragging about at least 40 but I’m quite sure that the number was not in the range.
2) Did you guys actually go to Sadelle’s and to the Mayfair Supper Club at the Bellagio that day? If you did, was the lunch and dinner comped or paid for by Christopher Mitchell? Or did you and the other guests had to put split the bill?
3) There were rumors stating that Chrissy left his wallet home that day (of all days). Well...he could have just drove 10 minutes to go home to get it or have Stacy bring it to him. Problem solved, right? Did you guys give any money at all to him that day for anything?
4) He was still bragging about the baccarat boot camp at a private location. Did this actually take place and if it did, where exactly was it?

There's like a small part of me that doesn't want him to get banned from Youtube, because he's too entertaining. He's like an unintentional comedian, who unfortunately steals money from vulnerable fellow idiots.
