It's possible that he spoke to an attorney and asked how he can file a lawsuit against people for cyber stalking or defaming him online. He was probably told that as long as he puts out new video content for public consumption, he is subject to criticism and parodies under the fair use statute.

If he really does think he's quitting, it's because he's facing some kind of consequence for the activism against what he's been doing. Perhaps casino bans? Perhaps contact from law enforcement? I'm really curious.
I don't think he's gearing up for a lawsuit because:
1) He can't afford an attorney
2) An attorney isn't likely to take such a lousy case on contingency
3) He would get absolutely destroyed in the discovery process, and in fact could be hit with an anti-SLAPP motion which would force him to pay the defendant's legal fees
4) By claiming his coaching service is ending, he's essentially proving that he isn't suffering financial loss from the "haters" making videos about him, since he's claiming to be getting out of the business anyway to spend time with family.
Also keep in mind that neither he nor Stacy will be getting a job, so he will need some kind of income to support them. Something else has to be coming down the pike... if not just a restart of this dumb scam.
