I don't think the new channel is real...

... which makes it hilarious that someone is impersonating him!


Here are the reasons I think it's fake:

1) No new content. Everything is reposted from videos he made awhile ago.

2) Sound is not correlated with video in some cases. We've never seen that with Chrissy's videos.

3) The e-mail "Christopher" keeps posting in the comments is one I haven't seen him use before.

4) CM has not promoted this channel on Facebook.


I hope it's someone from this site, so we can find out who e-mailed "Chrissy", and what they said!

Yeah, could be a scammer pretending to be him.

I didn't think about that possibility, but I've seen this occur before. Some foreign-based scammers were pretending to be CM about 2-3 years ago, attempting to rope in suckers to their own scams. CM even complained about it in a few videos.

Almost 0% it's actually Chrissy. He would have posted a new video by now, and also would have promoted this on his Facebook. He'd also be using his main email, not this new one seemingly created just for this channel.

He definitely wouldn't have posted an old video with the sound way off. Chrissy seems to be anal about video quality (yes, pun intended), and doesn't like posting vids with technical issues.

IF it is a scammer who set up the fake Chrissy's youtube channel, it suggests Chrissy doesnt read here regularly.

Also, 100% hilarity if Chrissy himself has to go to Youtube to beg to have his "own" (scam) channel taken down.
