So I just analyzed Chrissy’s self-reported win of $51.5k for his latest Reno/Tahoe/Vegas trip. According to his own records below, the win would have only been $41.5k. Someone do the math to confirm I’m not missing something. The top line item that is cut off is a $10k loss at Reno El Dorado. I guess documentation beats conversation, unless the made up numbers don’t add up.



He’s also claiming a $52.5k win the week before on the PJ mastermind bros trip to Bellagio. He has $30k in cash and cashes in $22.5k in chips, but claims it all as profit with no buy-in money. Umm-hmmm. We just have to trust him on that one also. Seems probable, doesn’t it?



Actually, this $52.5k he claimed he won, must be when he claimed he won $51.5k because the date stamped on the $10k bands in the “short” shows Oct 31, 2022. His bros trip was quite a few days before that. So now he has two conflicting win amounts and his records show something different. He’s just picking numbers out of thin air every time he opens his pie hole.

As others have pointed out, its hard to tell the market that he is going for with it, it seems the tinfoil hat "critical thinkers" is one he's trying to get into.

I’ve had this happen before in really long post. Normally I can go back and delete the symbol, but not this time. Probably something on my end.



As UtahDrone mentioned, getting CTRs is issued in your name isnt a huge deal if you are not laundering money. However, for someone like Chrissy, who either doesnt file taxes or reports very little income, I believe this ultimately could increase his chances of getting audited by the IRS.

While Currency Transaction Reports are reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the IRS can also use the data from CTRs to enforce tax regulations.

It has always been my belief that Chrissy either doesnt file a tax return at all, or the more likely option is that he is claiming something like $40k per year. Filling Married with the Skank wife and NVB, Head of Household he would pay almost no tax. There is no Chance he is paying tax on an income of 100k or more, 0.0% chance.

There are many things that will increase your chance of getting audited. Making under 25k, or earning over 500k, taking more deductions than the average person, being self employed, ect. One of the things on the list is having ‘A lot of large cash transactions’ via CTRs. So even though the formula that the IRS uses to trigger an audit is kept a secret, it is known what will greatly increases the odds of an audit.

Like the IRS with their auditing triggers, FinCEN likely has a process that ‘triggers’ looking at a particular individual. It doesnt take a genius to understand that the 2 main things FinCEN looks at is the total amount submitted on CTRs in a given time period vs. a persons taxable INCOME on their TAX RETURN during that period. Lets say Chrissy does his bullshit buy in with 10k or more, on average of once per week. On FinCEN’s end, they see a guy that has done 50 transactions of 10k or more from a guy who claimed he made only $40k on his tax return.

Overall, I definitely think since Chrissy likely gets 50 or so CTRÂ’s per year by recycling his money, the chances that he gets a ‘Talking to’ by FinCEN or the IRS goes way up. It’s obviously not illegal to conduct large cash transactions, but it is illegal to not pay tax on income.

It is possible that in the eyes of FinCEN, casino CTRs dont carry as much weight as say a jewelry store or car dealership submitting one. They likely understand in casinos there is a lot of buying in and cashing out.

Even though Chrissy isnt laundering money, FinCEN would be making a huge mistake if they dont at a minimum talk to a guy that reports 40k of income on his tax return in a given year, has 50 OR MORE CTRs in his name per year, and has a bank wire for over $200,000 (likely Papa Fosters money) that he was holding onto. So if this profile DOESN'T get a tax audit by the IRS or a ‘talking to’ by FinCEN, I dont know what situation would.

On 9/16, he made an Instagram video where he bought in with $9,800. I made a comment that he was likely ‘structuring’ (Intentionally keeping the amount under 10k to avoid a CTR) to avoid a CTR. How can $9,800 be by random chance? Hopefully a casino will submit him for structuring and get someones attention to this tax defrauding Billy Goat.
