If you look at the square boxes on the felt, in front of the dealer (White squares with white numbers) you can see boxes 1 and 2 don’t have any chips in them. These boxes are to keep track of player commissions when they bet “Banker”. For those that don’t know, a 5% commission is collected on winning Banker bets. Since boxes 1 and 2 (where Chrissy is sitting) don’t have chips in them, no commission is currently owed by that player.

The reason I bring this up is because Chrissy loves betting “Banker”. Due to no commission in the box, this means that Chrissy hasn’t bet Banker or hasn’t had any winning Banker bets since the last commission was collected. Notice squares 3 and 8 have chips in them. Square 3 (Ryan? Black shirt guy) owes $15 in commission. So anyway, we know Chrissy loves to bet Banker. I believe he got his ass POUNDED at the table (and maybe off as well) by betting Banker, and switched to “Player” because “Banker” wasn’t winning. Ya know - Trends, patterns, Systems, all 100% bullshit (lol). Welcome to the little brain of Chrissy Mitchell.

The CMtheGoat (phonesites subdomain) website is trying to collect emails, which will of course be used to spam people daily with Elite Coaching offers and BOL affiliate links.

I submitted an email, but got no confirmation email, so looks like CM's email autoresponder is still being set up.

He was talking about the IRS “Whistleblower” Program, where it’s possible to earn 15%-30% of the AMOUNT COLLECTED, after supplying the IRS info. The key words there are “Amount Collected”. You can’t just turn in someone that owes 100k then collect 15k-30k, the person actually has TO PAY. Chrissy has his money in cash, he will never give up his life savings that sits in his pocket 365 days per year. He will tell them he’s broke.

Also, By Chrissy being an idiot, this has saved himself so many times. The 200k that he had in that Chase bank account is likely no longer there or we would have seen it in the last so many months. He likely gave it back to the rightful owner such as Mr. Foster. If it was his money he WOULD HAVE bought a house in the past 6 months. He has no “real documented income”, but I’m sure he would have figured out something by now.

Also, if he had a tax Lein jugement they would swoop in an put a Lein on that account. Chrissy didn’t know if a Lein was coming - Got lucky from being an idiot. Anyway, I have seen the person who posted this thread on this site before. Apparently he is a “collector” and has had moderate success at it. He goes to ANY and ALL LENGTHS to get someone’s money back. Seems like the perfect person to collect a debt against Chrissy.

This for me thinking, Anyone that reads this that got scammed should consider this guy to collect a debt owed by Chrissy. He seems relentless. The best part? You don’t pay until after he collects.

If anyone has any extra time this is about the best view behind the curtain of how YouTube works. Nick is a lawyer, a conservative, sharp af & very talented on the mic. He was the target of a mass flagging campaign that was initially successful in taking him down. He has also been successful moving a large percentage of his viewers to Rumble.

Here are the highlights:

1) Stewman says "we went gambling with a guy who calls himself the GOAT of gambling", but he doesn't name CM, doesn't tag him in the post and doesn't even show him in the FB photo (except for his left shoulder). Stewman doesn't himself say that CM is the GOAT of gambling, only that CM (un-named) self-proclaims himself as such. Not exactly praise or an endorsement from CM's mentor.

2) Stewman says he brought $30K to Vegas to gamble but that he only bought in for $10K. This doesn't seem correct as others here have analyzed his chip stack in previous photos as being much higher value than $10K.

3) Stewman says that after gambling for 30 minutes, he stopped playing because his wife was tired and he found out that he was up $100 after those 30 minutes.

4) The last line of his post is "PS I gotta give the GOAT another chance, cause they ended up making $30k that night." It's not clear who allegedly made the $30K, whether it's CM or the rest of the APEX guys, but obviously Stewman was not a witness to it because he had already left.

ps The comments on this post are funny because people are trying to guess who the "GOAT" is. One guy is guessing "Mikki", but no one yet has guessed "Christopher Mitchell"

So on closer inspection it appears those chips are NOT $5000 chips but likely $500 chips.



Notice they are grayish purple in color and not clear white like in the photos Chrissy took below. Still looks to be over 12K in Purple/Gray and Black chips combined. So he was up but probably donked it off like Kyle donks off his load for truckers!





This of course only means Ryan wasn’t betting big at all and likely followed Chrissy to ruin as he didn’t even know whether he was up or down by 1AM.

And since Chrissy was stupid enough to lie about being up $16,500 when it’s clear he didn’t win at that sitting, it’s a given he would Lie again to Ryan and everyone one the plane that they were all up over $30K for the trip.
