Also, for a non-merchant account, it may be just as much of a Hassel getting 1,000 dollar bills as it would be to "Order" 100k in cash as most banks would require. Usually they can order for the following day. Not sure how much of a Hassel they would give him over 900 singles (forgot the top stack is real, only 900 vs. 1000) since he is not a merchant.

Anyway, this raises an interesting question. Since we can assume that he didn't have anywhere near $100k cash with him, and we can also assume there is a real $255k in his bank account, why hasn't he withdrawn $100k cash and just shown it? While you can't acquire $100k cash in one day from a single branch (or anywhere near that), he WOULD have a right to order the cash for withdrawal, and have it available within a few days.

There can be several reasons for this. He could be afraid it would get stolen. He could be afraid the IRS would get on his ass, and start asking questions. He could be afraid he would lose control and gamble it away during a coke binge that night.

However, I think the best guess would go back to our original theory -- that it's someone else's money. This might be money he's holding for someone else for lol crypto investments, or perhaps for them to use with him in the casinos when they get to Vegas. But if it's someone else's money, it makes sense why he doesn't want to withdraw it and flash it at the public, because that might upset this backer if the money isn't being used for its intended purpose.

Keep in mind that they can't give any info out to third parties, but they can listen and then possibly act accordingly. However, I will say that if he's receiving this money to gamble on behalf of someone else, this is legal, and ultimately he'll be cleared. However, the IRS will still likely be notified and might ask some questions later on (if they're not already).

Their "lifetime membership" is supposedly a "special offer", but from what I can tell, it's the ONLY offer. It used to be $95/month, which is actually a much better starting point if you're not sure you want to continue with them long term! The only way he likely gets the IRS attention isnt going to be from a form submitted but from their own robots /AI figuring out his tax returns are garbage. The only other option to getting him pinched by the IRS is actually knowing someone on the inside. For example, someone has an uncle who is in the right department over there.

The IRS gets disgruntled people filing claims againt "tax cheats" all the time. They only care if it is a large amount, and you basically did all the work for them to prove the person in question is a tax cheat. And even then your chances of nailing him are low using this method.
