Unfortunately I got an e-mail from the Bay Area attorney that he is in court this week. Most of his practice doesn't involve full litigation (usually he gets the desired result without it), but unfortunately this week is an exception. He said he will try to squeeze in the Chrissy effort if he has time, but said it's possible he won't have time for it right now.
Anyway it won't be the worst thing in the world if it takes a few weeks to pull the rug back out from Chrissy's channel.
Why?
Because if the new channel gets killed at the beginning, Chrissy can just create another and say, "Folks, actually go here instead", and little effort on his part will have been wasted.
If he makes a lot of uploads and gets well on the way to re-establishing it, only to have the whole thing vanish again, it will be especially demoralizing for both him and his fanboys.
In any case, this guy will get to the complaint as soon as he can, and we'll see what happens.
Not only that, but it's financed, and Big Daddy Foster is the co-signer!
Millionaire Chrissy somehow needed a co-signer. Even if he wants to claim that he was temporarily short on cash at the time of purchase, surely a guy who made $280,000 in the past two months could walk into the dealership and pay the entire balance off in full.
Imagine you are the Fosters. It's 2017. You did your best to raise your daughter Stacy right, and you're happy with the results. She has a good profession as a nurse, and is married with a sweet 10-year-old old daughter.
Sure, she is having marital problems and a divorce might be on the horizon, but that's a common problem which plagues 50% of all US marriages, so not a huge deal.
Then you get the news that she's shacked up with a career scammer with a gambling problem. Then she loses custody of her daughter because of actions by this scammer. Then she gets pregnant by this scammer. Then she says fuck it and moves 2000 miles away with this scammer, completely abandoning her daughter. Then she barely flies back to Ohio to see you or her daughter unless you bribe her by co-signing for her scammer husband's car.
Along the way she becomes a willing participant in the scams -- first by helping validate it, then by actively selling it and pumping it during the meet-ups.
All of this occurs over a period of a few years. Talk about a complete collapse.
And the Fosters have little choice but to grin and bear it, or otherwise she simply won't see them anymore, and they'll never get access to their new grandkid.
Brutal. They must wonder where they went wrong. I wonder if Stacy always had the natural desire to scam but just didn't know how to start, or if she was just a weak person molded by Chrissy into his image. Either way, she's fully invested in the ultra-selfish, ultra-scammy Christopher Mitchell lifestyle.

Even in my personal experiences. I still have guys betting me thousands of dollars that Trump was going to be put back in office in 2021, and even a few of those now making new bets it will be in 2022. All off fake information. But when someone tells you something you wanna believe a certain percentage will just believe and ignore any and all evidence to the contrary.

One can see he doesn't want to put much work in because he has no clue if/when YT will shut him down again. But his whole life revolves around his YT channel, so he has nothing better to do.
It's actually much more hilarious to watch him twist in the wind then to have this channel immediately shut down.

All that said, what gets me is how she is always responsible for the child. Carrying him in all the videos on her chest.(have we ever seen mr. fitness ever had that chest strap on;on him?) I get he grew up poor and still has financial troubles but the only thing he cares about and that motivates him is money and appearance. He literally can't care about anything else. If someone offered him 100k and his hair back but in return his family would not exist i have little doubt he would take the offer. He could always find another prop family.
