I have a quick question. Now, in yesterday’s video, he was clearly on the Betonline. Could he could get jammed up for displaying the actual site name at all in his videos?



Can this be reported as a violation or possible strike on his part or am I just grasping at straws?

Great Eye Elms! YouTube will most likely drop the hammer if you post a link to the gambling website. They have selective enforcement when it comes to “sort of” promoting gambling sites in the video itself.

A while back many poker vloggers/streamers who were affiliated with one gambling app/website or another were given strikes and even guys like Jeff Boski had the ban hammer come down on his YouTube channel. He never linked to America’s Card Room that I can remember, but he would state in the video to sign up there and use his promo code. He got his channel back and things kind of got back to normal. The “rules” were don’t link to the site and don’t explicitly promote the site in the video.

There was also a time where the YouTube Slot channels were being cracked down on. But that seemed to be sorted out and the channels were back to doing their thing. It does seem that YouTube gets their tits twisted every once and a while and comes down hard on gambling channels. However, lately there has been a bunch of guys streaming the online WSOP and plenty of channels that show online gambling. Again, as long as no links or plugs in the video they seem to be okay.

As for Chrissy he does this “I can’t tell you where I play” so send me a DM and I will tell you. So far they have let it slide. However, I don’t think it is a waste of time to report him. If the right person at YT sees his videos they will see that although not directly linking to the gaming site, he is essentially doing the same thing by just adding a step.

The guy doing Christopher's 3% challenge has now quit gambling after losing $30k.

He is a better person then Chris, but does the exact same thing when it comes to gambling; put out the video when you win and delete it when you lose.

He put out quite a few LIMBO videos when he ran it over 100k, then claims to lose 30k but shows none of the footage.

Like Chris, he doesn't understand the math, and when winning they both truly believe they have "cracked the code." Then when they lose its "rigged." Anyone on this board knew exactly how it would/will end for both of them playing pit games but neither of those two seem to get the memo.

Watching his previous video and seeing the gambling high he was on; he was going to start streaming again as soon as he hit 200k, then he was going to make these videos of himself gambling a million dollars. Both of these guys are way to old to be this naive. But seeing someone on a gambling high can be very entertaining.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that they revenue sharing (percentage of losses) to the affiliate is based On total combined losses.

So for example let’s say you have 2 people you signed up and you get a 20% kickback of percentage of losses. Your 2 people are Bubs and Gary. Let’s say Bubs wins $2,000 for the month and Gary lost $2500 for the month. I do not believe that they will pay you the 20% on the $2500 Gary lost. I believe they will look at overall net loss for all your affiliate members. So In this case it would be $2,000 profit for Bubs minus $2500 loss for Gary, for a net loss of $500. I believe they then pay 20% of $500.

The only reason I believe that they do it this way is otherwise it would be way to easy for an advantage player to be in cahoots with the affiliate and make huge money. There are advantage players that get a percentage of losses back in brick and mortar casinos, they turn a -EV game into a +EV game by capitalizing on the cash back. Don Johnson was made famous for negotiating agreements with the casinos that turned his play positive. He also did other things that helped him take millions.

For the discount the easiest way to do it would be on Baccarat. Have 2 people play both sides (player and banker). First affiliate account Bets 10k on player, 2nd affiliate account bets 10k on banker, the 5% commission takes $500. If you have a 20% rebate you will get back $2,000 on your 10k loss. After the $500 commission it nets $1500. So this is why I think they take the entire overall net loss after adding up all accounts for that affiliate. I may be wrong, but I just can’t imagine they would do it any other way.

He quickly deleted your comment on his video, what’s funny is now he is letting the comments stay after he lost his ass on day 2. Most of the comments you see on all his videos are people telling him that Chrissy is a scammer. He said in the comments of his recent video he will make an update soon, should be interesting.

This reminded me of when they opened casinos in Albuquerque, one of the news stations interviewed some people about their experience.
