I can't get enough of this guy. It's hysterical. Look at this video where he does a tour of his Vegas condo. Just as Druff notes, he's trying to send the message that if you buy his system you'll be able to afford this "fancy" condo just like him. Meanwhile, it's a rather modest condo. Sure, it's nice enough but he's touring this condo like it's lifestyles of the rich and famous. For those who would know, how much would a condo like this go for in Vegas (ballpark)?

Reminds me of the High Stakes Living episode with the Ice Man.

The Shrink I need to take Forum 101... I’m about to turn 39 and this is the first I’ve ever joined. Need to learn how to just crop out the quote I’m responding to. Anyways this is clearly a furnished rental probably North “Strip” past Circus Circus. I’ve looked at these places before but always got a place in Henderson for much cheaper & would jut use my promo nights to do staycations on the strip. You can get decent bang for your buck because it’s technically Las Vegas Boulevard but far enough away from center strip. I would say he’s paying between $2500-$2800 per month to rent this condo depending on how long the lease is. Prices are really fluid... would say this goes for about $590K-$620K if it is indeed located where I think it is.

He all but admitted that he's renting it cheap from some old couple who hardly comes to Vegas anymore.

I doubt he's paying $2500. Probably much less, and I'm guessing he worked out of some kind of deal that he'll basically look after the place while they're gone, and in exchange he's paying some reduced rent.

I'm highly considering getting a hold of this guy and having him go with me to play blackjack.

If I win, I'll not pay him any money

I'd film my interaction with him.

That would be amazing. I hope you have the best run of cards in your life. Such a beautiful thing to see him salivate waiting to get his money & then you give him air. Either way it would be great. I would chip in a $100 if you go through with it help mitigate the risk for the sake of justice & of course the entertainment value. Keep us posted.

My only suggestion would be maybe do the baccarat because his no bust blackjack is such huge negative ev.

Yeah. I don't know anything about baccarat so i dont know how much more -EV his strategy is against normal play is, but i did think about hoq negatice EV his BJ strategy is.

I live in Vegas so it would be relatively easy to set up the meeting with him. Of course I wouldn't tell him that.

That's if he wasnt too busy to meet me. LOL

Yea unfortunately I got stuck in NY at exactly the wrong time so I may not be out there for a while. Casino is my natural environment so I do miss it.

Anyways, two thoughts. First is he will almost certainly try to get the money that you bring to gamble in his possession so he takes control of the situation. He will probably say just stand behind me and watch me bet. So just be ready for that. Not sure what is the best way to shut him down would be without tipping him off but if you got to say dude I'm betting my own money you can stand behind me, I guess that would do the trick. But def look for him to be tracking whatever cash you bring like a bloodhound tracking a dead deer.

The reason I say baccarat is because it has a bunch of rules that the dealer follows but for the bettor it's like heads or tails(Banker or Player). So if he goes martingale say with $3200 bankroll and the betting starts at $100 that means your busto if you lose 5 in a row ($100-$200-$400-$800-$1600 aka Busto). So because I want to see you win baccarat he can't fuck up with his shitty BJ strategy. Basically there is just less house edge if you play the baccarat and therefore less chance of you losing 5 in a row.

I didn't see that video Druff but seems your right I overshot that a bit. He's probably paying closer to $1800 or so in that case. A buddy of mine rented a one bedroom that actually shares the valet with the Aria for $1800 if I remember correctly so my valuations have been off.

I don't know about his baccarat system. Couldn't be +EV obviously, but maybe it's just a regular strategy with Martingaling. His blackjack system is horrrrrrrrible. It's not just Martingale. It's Martingale plus making a bunch of super moronic plays and non-plays.

That Youtube Scam Exposers account posted this video which includes his full explanation of his baccarat system. Apparently, this video is from his private Facebook group. It. Is. Something.

The Chris Mitchell video starts at 1:35. It's actually worth watching the full 25-minute video. Holy shit. He has two "systems." One is for situations when the tables are "choppy" - when it's going back-and-forth between Player and Banker! (I'm serious). The other is for when the tables are "streaky" - when there are long runs of Player and Banker! (really). So it's just a Martingale system but with "pattern spotting" which, of course, isn't a thing.

My favourite part is when he claims that he had his biggest career win at the Golden Nugget a few weeks ago when he says he bet on Player and it won 21 times in a row. Paradoxically, his whole system is based on the idea that he'll never LOSE 6 times in a row. Let that sink in.

The place that he rented was listed for $3,000/mo to lease. He leased it completely furnished. I could do some more digging and find out how much he leased it for but I am guessing that he would be in the $2,500-$2,800 a month pretty easily. I know the condos that he leased in and that is about what the market was when he leased it. I have a friend that owns a unit in the same complex.

From what I understand his wife Stacy was a RN in Ohio, she cashed out her retirement(I forget the term but it was a government retirement in Ohio) to start this "business". A friend paid for her to keep her license so that she would have something to fall back on when they split. Stacy has been cut off from her friends, with him monitoring all communication travel everything, Stacy has left all of her friends and kind of wound up in his BS. Chris apparently just moved from Florida to Ohio and kinda just moved in with nothing, never leaving after a trip from Florida up to Ohio. They met in Florida while Stacy was on a girls trip. He does claim to have a car, but he has nothing registered in his name and moved to Las Vegas in a rented RV with their baby and nothing else.

There is more but those are the facts that I have right now.

The Youtube Scam Exposers account found his place and posted a creepy video about it (with a reference to the movie The Warriors).

This condo is near Red Rock Casino. Is that considered Summerlin?

Again, it's decent but it's not exactly the lap of luxury.

I don't know who Youtube Scam Exposers is but when he finds a target he really digs in. Previously, he went after blackjack scammer Michael Morgenstern (Blackjack Army). I might be wrong here but his voice sounds exactly like a guy who was also going after VEE logger Trooper97. Say what you will about Trooper but he's not really scamming anyone. Christopher Mitchell on the other hand...

I do know who Youtube Scam Exposers is and his deal is someone that is scamming or not being honest youtube begging etc he will level his sights on and go after big time. I don't know about Trooper, but I do know about Michael Morgenstern and yes he went after him bad enough to get him in prison. I am not him FYI, I just know him.

I wouldn't even call it decent myself the condo complex is still under construction. It would be ok if it was a house and not many, but there is a massive amount of construction activity there.

So sounds like she had a very good steady job & gave it all up to provide the seed money for this scam. I feel bad for her but she’s an adult. I really feel bad for that baby though it just makes this whole situation that much crappier.

This video really shows how this scam can work. Either William is the best actor I’ve never heard about or he is a guy who believed in Christopher Mitchell and just experienced the absolute terror of the Martingale System. If you listen closely to William talk you can see the relief he has that he never lost that 5th or 6th hand in a row.

When I was coming up the ranks of trying to become a Limit Holdem player in Druff’s league I unfortunately at one time or another developed basically every leak a poker player could have. One of these was frequently taking 5K or so in the high limit pits all over Vegas & AC. In Vegas the best spread you are going to find is a $100 Min with a 10K Max. Some rooms have moved up the minimums to $200 or $300 but it’s not hard to find this 100-10000 spread. In at Atlantic City typically table max is $6K.

I never sat down & said to the pit boss I’m going to Martingale and basically risk 10K to win maybe a 1K or so but I imagine if I did the casino would love to see me do that. I’m sure they prefer it even over flat betting for extended periods. I’m risking so much in order to basically book a small win. We all know in the long run I’m going busto, but in the short run I could book a bunch of smallish wins while risking a shit ton.

Like Druff alluded to on this weeks PFA radio if you have 10 K and absolutely need to make a grand or so pronto than surviving a martingale session may do the trick in that short run example & that is exactly what it seems to do in this video with William which is done right before the casino shutdown. It appears that martingale held up in the very short term and in this case for William’s sake I’m glad it did as he seems like a decent guy just desperate & naive.

If Mitchell busts Williams bankroll, William is such a believer at this point that when he is told this was just “incredible bad luck” that “never happens.” he’s most likely just going to choose to believe it if anything just to make himself feel like he wasn’t scammed. That’s a tough thing to accept. To blame it on just a shitty run of cards is much easier thing to accept.

The reason I’m very certain my read into most of this video being real is not only from a William’s candor but the numbers are much more realistic. Starting at a betting unit of $100 a goal of a grand or so before that big losing streak comes is reasonable. I also know for instance when they say that at the Gold Coast they could only make a few hundred because of the tighter bet spread I know that is true. There is no high limit area in that Boyd Property.

The fact that I believe this video to be mostly real is alarming. Think pretty much all of us on this forum know that the martingale system would only work in the long run if I was given unlimited credit & an unlimited max bet. I could go double or nothing until the end of time & be a zillionaire by now. However, this isn’t so easy to communicate to the uninitiated.

In all seriousness people are hurting right now. We are probably going to see record unemployment & when people finally can get out many will be desperate. It will be prime feeding ground for scammers like Mitchell. Desperate people will hand him all they have and in some cases get absolutely nothing back. As entertaining his horseshit jive has been during this lockdown the right thing may be to go nuclear soon to get him shut down on YouTube before he ropes in many more. Facebook is a different animal as even Morgenstern’s page is still technically open there. Thanks to Dustin Mc many of Mitchell’s greatest hits can live on far longer than his channel.

No that wasn't me. Christopher Mitchell will be last guy I expose. I can't keep world sheriff of scammers trying to education dumb asses. I mean Mitchell's scam is so transparent and suckers still bought into it.

BTW- I've been into poker for 15 years, although last 5 have been sporatic. Even though the hay days are over, theres still plenty of fish out there

I have a 400+ member forum and have helped save people money and make them good money at nearly zero cost. My sports betting system in its first year, won 67% BR increase from Jan 1st 2019-Dec 31st 2019. I was at 123% up til Sept but had awful 3 month swing in oct-dec. It was $12.99 a month but that included a 100% bitcoin deposit bonus online at only a 5X achievable rollover.
The point Im trying to make is its amazing how many get rich quick scams in gambling there is. Nearly everyone cant or show proof yet still manage to convince so many suckers.
